I live near this place and I saw the employees that always help theirs clients.

At one of the hardest times in our lives, Eldercare came through for us when we just had no idea what we were going to do or where were going to turn. Krishelle was beyond responsive whenever we had concerns and our caregiver truly made a difference in our Moms' life when she needed it most. We saw a side of Mom come out when she was with her caregiver that we never knew was there. It was a gift, one we will cherish forever. If you are thinking of getting help for a loved one, but on the fence, all I can say is do this: Don't delay in calling Eldercare. Ask for Krishelle (tell her I sent you!). She will answer your questions, and give you options to consider. Maybe you think you can't afford it, or maybe you feel like your loved one "won't go for it". Do you and your loved one a favor and pick up the phone and call Krishelle. She is never someone who gives you a high pressure feel. She genuinely cares for every client, and every loved one. My only regret is that we waited so long when we could have hired her sooner and had our Moms' life be a little easier, as well as, our own. We struggled for a long time juggling, it was hard for us, but even harder on her. Whether you need short term care, errands or long term, round the clock Eldercare can help you no matter what and if they can't they will point you in the direction of someone who can.

My grandmother is a resident and overall its a nice place. Its very outdated but honestly, its fairly clean looking so I can't ask for much more. The single rooms are large and you can add a personal touch so it feels a little like a home. The PSW's are GODS. I have SUCH respect and adoration for each PSW that walks into my grandmothers room. They are often short staffed and overworked but they hustle and bustle each day and often with a smile on their face and they really get to know each resident. The food is terrible (both looking and from what my grandmother tells me) so whenever I visit her I always make a point to bring home cooked meals and book the lovely dining room downstairs. Overall, could use some updating but they take care of my grandmother and I can't ask for anything else than that.

My uncle walked out his room and told the nurse that his sugar was dropping the nurse told him ok I will check on you, she never came back until 5 hours later and found him dead. He was 31 years old. He could walk and talk, so imagine if your love one can’t. They leave Patients in rooms for hours yelling for help. People in wheel chairs for hours head hanging over. Many times my uncle would call my mom to bring him food because they forgot to feed him or didn’t know he returned from the hospital and didn’t make him a plate. The Lied on every record to cover up they allow Corey Bailey to die. This place was told over and over about his condition and they did not care. Now we are left hurting because they failed to train their staff. I hope the nurse who let him lay in that room for hours alone and die. I hope your family die. And the manger staff there too I hope someone let there family lay their and die

I had to put a 1 cause you can't put a ZERO.. My Mom had to be rushed to the hospital because they left her in the chair all night WITHOUT OXYGEN...The Fireman was the one that noticed her hooked up to the tank that was shut off on the back of the wheelchair... terrible... Mom tried getting their attention as the nurses would walk by, she said they would put their heads down and walk on by... Try going without oxygen all night.... Terrible...I would never recommended this place.. GO ASK THE TAYLOR FIRE DEPARTMENT WHAT THEY THINK AND HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAVE TO GO THERE... NOT GOOD...😤 And you are ALWAYS short staffed...
