Worst place ever. They do not watch the people, dirty, leave patients in bed all day. Never know anything you ask. An they hide in rooms

Did not have a good experience with this place. The front desk area has a couple of not so nice people. I didn't want to continue counseling because I did not care for my counselor. I was told that with my insurance plan, I cannot cancel counseling and see the doctor still. That was a lie seeing as how I'm somewhere else and I see a doctor WITH OUT counseling. The counseling at home nursing was expensive which was another reason I didn't want it but I guess they just saw dollar signs. My doctor rushed with me and it seemed like he didnt really care. The final thing that really ticked me off is the fact I had talked with my counselor to cancel and switch my stuff over to another place and I was charged for my visit. Didn't know that me cancelling going there would cost me $64. Thank you Home Nursing for not caring whatsoever about me and treating me poorly.

Je dois admettre que depuis que ma mère a été transférée à cette résidence, elle reçoit de très bons soins. Un endroit propre avec une très bonne surveillance, un personnel à l'écoute de ses besoins, sans oublier l'atmosphère divertissant. Sachant qu'elle est bien entourée apaise notre inquiétude à chacun des membres de ma famille.Un endroit remarquable et recommandable. Merci à toute l'équipe .

Please tell me why the addiction concurrent residential treatment centres have been taken off this site. What a waste of money paid to who ever destroyed what was a great resource to find treatment. CONNEX site is useless too!

Besoin de réorganisation. Personnel infirmier doit augmenter ses connaissances: médicaments, interventions pour personnes avec démence, respect de la personne. Pourquoi le linge des résidents est si facile à perdre?

Worst place to have your loved ones. Neglect towards the poor residents, so dirty inside and harassement through the staff. Doesn't even pay well either!!! Dont go here!! This is not a retirement home! Its a LONG TERM CARE FACILITY!
