CHNS provides top notch home care services

VNA has cared for me and my 93 year old mother several times over the past 5 years. Their service was always excellent. Physical therapists were excellent across the board, nursing staff was compassionate and skilled. Thanks for such great help.

From the beginning of our journey in seeking care for Mom, Advanced Nursing and Home Suppoet was fantastic. Their responsiveness, professionalism, genuine warmth and understanding of the complexity of the emotions and circumstances made what is a difficult situation at best less stressful. The nursing staff, led by Gracie, was knowledgeable, kind and caring and formed real partnerships with me in problem solving the challenges that arose. Amin was relentless in finding just the right caregivers for Mom and we ended up with the best two we have had in 4 years including another agency. He always made sure my requests were a priority and I was confident that they would always find a solution no matter what new challenges popped up. Thank you, thank you, Leo, Gracie, Amin, Fatima and Gelila. Our family owes you a tremendous gratitude.

When we placed our mother into Medex/Baseline Rd we had no idea as to what to expect. It was moms first time at this and so she was nervous as were we.Very shortly the Medex crew created the loving environment she was accustomed to and within the week she had called it home. Kudos goes out to first floor head nurse Joan, thx. Third floor Charlie whom hugged my mother every single day, thanks so much. Every one of the staff deserve recognition but I don’t recall your names but know your golden..Cutting this review short I’d like to say if loving and caring is important to you…I recommend Medex!

Excellent services

I'm sorry but they don't deserve even one star. The nurse that came to the home today was very incompetent. I'm his recovery specialist and she was a wound nurse asking me if his bandage should be changed that was full of blood. She was also very rude and kept answering her phone while taking care of the patient. There are other problems and situations with this company I would not recommend using them. Find somebody else for your loved one.

Excellent caring and dedicated staff!

I have been an employee for synergy for some time now. The owners are absolutely amazing, caring, and so understanding. I myself am unable to work do to caring for a loved one in my own home, but with enthusiasm the owner told me when im ready I have a job. They take the time to match the caregiver with the appropriate client, and listen to any concerns or issues. I think as a caregiver synergy is amazing. I also feel that as a person who may have a loved one who needs loving, compassionate care, you can't go wrong with synergy. I myself love my clients as though they are my family too and so does synergy. Christina Baird

staff were caring and wonderful. Physical and occupational therapists were terrific. Wish there were more activities. Treated my mom and dad very well.

My dad recently had a stroke and was recovering from a severe UTI with complications from low blood sodium. He is a 93 year old stubborn WWII vet who refused to go to rehab when he was discharged from Phelps. After aggressive coaxing and doctor's orders, he agreed to go to Bethel. While there, the staff was very pleasant despite his attitude, and was overly accommodating. I felt good about leaving dad at Bethel when I ran to work or ran to take care of my family. After two weeks, he was feeling great and was able to be discharged. He had a wonderful experience at Bethel and still talks about all he met and how well they cared for him. He certainly enjoyed the food! Of particular note, my dad became very fond of Nurse Laura and his therapists, Jade, Tina and Colette. Thank you, Bethel, for making a difficult time in my family's life easier by providing the care my father needed during this setback. And thank you to Dr. Rajput for taking a special interest in my father's well-being and to Rashmi Shah, MSW for helping me navigate the bureaucracy of elder care.

I am a home Health aide working with this agency for over 6 years. The Agency staff always treated me with respect and appreciated my work. The Coordinators are really nice and understanding. I worked in quite a few agencies in my past and I will recommend this agency as one of the best!

AmeriStaff Home Nursing was recommended to me by the nurse at Beaumont Hospital for my Mom and the I must say everyone they sent out was professional, kind and caring, the nurses were amazing. The office staff was a delight to work with as well, very dependable and always available around the clock!
