I have been an employee for synergy for some time now. The owners are absolutely amazing, caring, and so understanding. I myself am unable to work do to caring for a loved one in my own home, but with enthusiasm the owner told me when im ready I have a job. They take the time to match the caregiver with the appropriate client, and listen to any concerns or issues. I think as a caregiver synergy is amazing. I also feel that as a person who may have a loved one who needs loving, compassionate care, you can't go wrong with synergy. I myself love my clients as though they are my family too and so does synergy. Christina Baird

The team at Pioneer lacks integrity on all levels and they are completely unreliable. They added a huge amount of stress on top of the health issues of our baby that we were already dealing with. I would highly recommend to stay away from doing business with them and to look for an alternative.
