For profit key term, foolishly believed the 5 star review asked the administrator to have business office contact for pricing none given Purposely put my relative into long term care so they could charge my mom $12,000 for a month. I believe the staff was very good to my mom but the building is in disrepair with toilets overflowing. Hallways smell of human excrement, windows that haven't been washed in years curtain less windows. Scary place to see dirty and run down doesn't even have lighting in the room just a ghetto 70s ceiling lamp Ps peregrine landing charges $6100 per month. Stay away

I worked there briefly. This had to be the worst job ever! I feel like quitting after 1 week. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

Place is alright I guess so far....but one resident only likes cartoons so they wont change TV for anyone else everyone has to deal with cartoons...trying to get assistance takes a bit of you need 2 workers to help the residences get up. Meals are alright. There isn't much of an outside area to go to.when looking out most windows your only view is the highway or a big hole in the ground from a construction site that went bankrupt so they just left the mess. Residence rooms are kind dark looking.

The place left me feeling confident, the special people you have; I wish I could be a part of. They have the best care in K-W! Thank you all, and all the best all year! Thank you Jane! You do sure save my days! That woman sure has patience! She handles a lot! It's truly hard to star such amazing people. I believe Jane & Jeff deserve the humanitarian award! That Jane sure deserves something, she does everything, even to listen to you on the phone b/c of having a bad day, she keeps you positive. Jeff, is the best at what he does! He has such compassion and has intriguing solutions! Please do something for these two humanitarians! Thank you, it's people that work in that career that helps you try to feel at your best, it's that warm smile, nurturing voice and morale! Its people like that, that make your day just a bit brighter! It's those two, "That make your business". I appreciate how much they do! They make the world go round! And the 🌕 come up even on a cloudy day. Like the 8th wonder of the world! "Merry Christmas", and Happy New year"! Hope 2019 brings us all, " Health, Love and Prosperity"!

Anson Place has been nothing but AMAZING for my Mom and Grandma. The staff and administration are great and have even checked in with us to make sure that my Mom has been settling in. The food is great and the services they have provided are so great. This is a great choice for a retirement home.

Useless and not worth the time. Called to schedule a ride turned me down all because I'm not 65+. How discriminating.

As a Retirement facility owner I have seen firsthand what a valuable asset Castle Keep is to our community! The services offered are endless. I have met the President/Owner Graham Bashford on many occasions and have found him very trustworthy and have never seen him not follow through on a commitment. I am confident when i recommend Castle Keep to my possible future clientele.

Gorgeous place with lots of services and activities. Shuttle service provided. Expensive yes, but you get what you pay for. My mother has been in another retirement home that is very similar but nursing service , doctor visits per month and free phone and unlimited calling anywhere in the world was not included.

My Mom has been here 4 years now. I have only praise for this kind and caring facility. Their motto is "family". Everyone is welcome and loving care is evident. Originally the transition was tough. But the experienced staff soon put me and my family at ease. The anxiety about how my Mom would feel soon melted away. She's happier now and more active. Her life is as good as it can be.

I've been with Interim off and on since 1999. I was a CNA when started with the company, I was with them for 13 yrs when I left the 1st time. Great company to work for, as with any agency they do have their downfall and that's hrs and pay.

We recently started using the home support services through Lifeguard Homecare for our mother, and the care is amazing! The staff is caring and compassionate they were great with my mother who is in the late stages of Alzheimer's. All the workers were very knowledgeable with the disease and knew exactly what to do to engage my mother in different activities. Also, the schedulers at Lifeguard Homecare are thorough and really listen to the family requests, they work hard to pair the workers with the clients based on knowledge and needs. We've tried other agencies and no one compares to Lifeguard Homecare.
