In a few circumstances, I have witnessed my clients expressing their appreciation towards Safe Care for their interest and ability to be flexible and accommodating. The client and the family's needs were met even in situations where it appeared to be a challenge. My dear mother is at Hilton Villa. The staff, accommodations, and facilities are extrememly good. The staff especially treats everyone with incredible care and compassion. I live all the way in east coast but everytime I visit my mom she is happy and loves Hilton Villa. That more than enough proof for me.

I chose evergreen for some brief and basic home care and assistance after minor surgery, and I'm glad to say that I am highly satisfied with the service the care aides provided. It was indeed daunting having to seek out professional caregivers online with nothing else but other people's online reviews to rely upon, but my concerns were quickly allayed when I met and got to know the wonderful, experienced care aide who would see me through the surgery. She was very capable, and her emotional support was so very valued. 11/10 I would recommend this company to others.

I am so grateful to Jeremiah and his team for all their help this year in securing the perfect CAREgiver for my elderly mom. We got off to a bit of a rocky start with securing care at first as my mom, like many, was very resistant to any sort of care. After an unexpected hospital stay in October, it became evident that “no” was no longer an option and Jeremiah worked hard to secure the PERFECT person to support her. While I have a large extended family, everyone has their own lives to attend to and I felt it was important to secure a professional to assist my mom regularly. After two months now, my mom and her CAREgiver have developed a lovely relationship. She always tells me how much of a hardworker she is, that she is a fantastic cook and that it’s clear she is very responsible and trustworthy. As I live so far away from my mom, it’s so comforting to know that she has this support. I’m extremely grateful and look forward to continuing to work with Home Instead.
