Very good caring people

Very loving home. My Mom only lived there for 3 Months before her passing every day she was loved by one staff member or another. Sure some are there only for a job but I would say most employees love their residents, Thank you for you love and care of my Mom.

This is run by Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority and HUD. It is mainly for elderly and disabled. It is beautiful green Space and mature trees. First and second floor only. Recently there is a new manager and it feels like a new day. H o l l i n g Homes is undergoing some positive changes

Worst community organization I have ever dealt with One of the workers will flat out try to cut services that you need And not provide you nursing care that doctor request because "oh we train family to do it now " Are you joking

My wife has been under homecare for a couple of years. At one time it was concept care days /nights. We'll the "VON" took care of that. Now the service my wife receives is unacceptable. They come when they want always someone new. The schedule person,has no clue what she is doing. And once you voice a concern,she makes sure you get below standard service. Great personal touch company The staff they have ,half of them don't know how to make hot cereal. There is no clear guidance from the office to the psw,person shows up doesn't know the client's needs.My wife does a survey for the von,her homecare gets worse...hard to believe. Von takes over the concept care group,now that's all she gets is von. A greater bunch of workers at concept care. It's like the under cover boss shows...."VON" you have not improved,not in brantford ontario anyways. People out there good luck with your future,and i pray you won't need homecare And if you do....i wish you the best. Ontario government,do you know what is really going on. Time to talk to my mpp. May 7/2015 We'll here it is another new year ,and still the same terrible service for my wife.Contrary what an executive at "VON"told us "things will get better. My wife ws suppose to get a certain time frame each morning.Between 7-9 am They say ,they can not guarantee that time slot.So 1030 1130 am,1230 pm is okay.What kind of service is that.And now these morning "PSW'S" Now they say some clients have preferred times.SOUNDS LIKE ANOTHER DOUBLE STANDARD.It's funny recently the local paper posted what some of these people make at this health provider. I'd like the CEO of this branch to audit of the daily operations.....to see what really is going on.You got psw's that come in to tell her it's not in their job description to do certain tasks.In most cases,a 12 year old probably would do better.

Could not ask for better care by more respective staff. The atmosphere is always very positive with lots of smiles from the staff and residents. This is not an easy job yet they do it with professionalism. Clean and welcoming with beautiful grounds this is the place to be if you are in need of long term care.

One of the poorest run retirement homes in the kw area ! The personal support workers could use some people skills.. Totally disrespectful , and un professional..boo

This is the worst nursing home in Brantford the doctor is a total quack and he damn near killed my grandfather 3 times. Not only that but the staff lose or steal hundreds of dollars worth of stuff they even lose really important things like health cards. Also they steal thousands of dollars of rent payments then they try to take you to court for unpaid rent. Do not put your loved ones in this dump of a nursing home.

My home companion service person is Elaine, who is always outstandingin her work 2x a week. She does my shopping, cleaning and other things take I can not do anymore. When I call the Office, they always great in repeating, finding the correct solutions to my questions. I give both a five star rating and would recommend them to any one looking for someone to help them or their parents.

Worst retirement home in the entire niagara region. The staff is horrible and the head of the dietary staff should be fired for their food. Poor all around.

I've been with Bayshore for almost 10 years as a PSW. It has gone though a lot of radical changes though the years. Kitchener Bayshore has changed branch management and I feel this is a very good change. All of the new staff/management have now been in Kitchener for over a year, maybe 2 even. The Nursing supervisors are supportive and caring, as is the HR Manager and last but not least the Branch Manager. They will sit down and discuss any difficulties you're having. I actually enjoy going to my Head Office for the 1st time in years. Thanks Team❣ Its nice to be appreciated. MH28
