I volunteered here and all the staff was so nice to the residence

This agency don't like to pay their employees, very unprofessional and unorganized. Have left many of their priority clients without services. Pays minimum wage. Make you buy your own gloves, does not offer incinitives when they ask you to pick up a case last minute.

Very easy to work with and particularly accommodating given the local clinic debacle.

Building is dated but the nursing care is terrific.

My grandma was at Amber Lee years back very friendly staff we had zero complaints! Sad disgruntled employees need to leave negative reviews. Residents can have air units. Many facilities do not have central air (older builds). You have an option to have a unit for your room. Amber Lee pays their employees if you do not like your wage move on to another facility.

Not what I expected! The Company is unorganized, few times the back up Aide was a no show or never answered call when tried to b reached from the company. The Company never consider 2 call the family member of the Aide unable 2 arrive. My mom is disabled & need assistance. Had 2 call family member @ last minute 4 back up.
