I can’t speak as to the facilities nor can I speak to the doctors or care aids but the person answering the phones when you select operator apparently needs to retire or find a new job... Called back because I had a missed call and simply asked if there was anyway to figure out who and all I got was “How am I supposed to know, there are hundreds of phones in this place; if it was important don’t you think they’d have left a message” I get it was a long shot but wow, the people person skills of the operator were non existent.

Comfort Keepers was absolutely fantastic during my Grandfather's final days. The dedication and attention everyone in the company showed, alongside their compassion and obvious care for their work, was a source of strength in a very hard time. Brecon and Alex genuinely care for their clients and go above and beyond at every step. My experiences with them and their team of nurses and caregivers like Suzanne were everything I was hoping for and more. Would recommend them 10 times out of 10 for care and quality.

My dad mother used to live there now she passed away.

Murray is truly genuine guy. I have met with him numerous times and heard him give presentations about his company and their service transparencies. Although I have never used his services I would not hesitate to recommend his company as a leader in Victoria.

The care staff at Beckley farm lodge are honeastly some of the best. Ive instructed many classes of future HCAs and the Beckley staff have been the most diligent in mentoring the atudents on their clinicals and practicums. Professional caring kind front end workers and management support is amazing. Always a pleasure to pop in to Beckley. The clients appear content and relaxed with great rapore wirh their care staff which is best compliment a residence can receive. Thank you Beckley ( Broadmead) for supporting student knowledge and training. I wouldnt hesitate to place my loved ones into your care.

When I went to visit my grandparents at the St. Charles I was more than impressed with the subtle hospitality that was provided. They have been residences in the independent living program for 8 months now and seem as happy as ever. But there is something to say about my personal experience that I just couldn't keep to myself. First of all, the food is absolutely delicious. Brunch & dinner really hit the spot; a perfect match for my palette! Secondly, the laundry detergent reminded me of back at home.. On the way there my sister spilt a whole tub of mayo on my favourite shirt, and to my surprise the crew at the Manor were more than happy to take care of it for me. I wish I could've stayed longer Grandma and Grandpa, hopefully next time we'll have time to check out the surrounding area. It seems beautiful, and I promise to leave the mayo at home. Say hi to Britt for me! Till next time

Barry the manager is a star. The amount of hard work and dedication he puts in to his work, and the level of care and empathy Barry and his staff show for the residents is evident. When it's my time, I'll be at Berwick.

My Mom lives there. Depending on the floor it can be a bit "institutional" but I guess that's what it is :) Kind caring staff and very clean. If you're in the market check them out. I think there's a bit of a wait though?

Care about people living there. Treat well. Quite expensive. Good food, but special nutritional needs of the elderly not taken into consideration...salt ans sugar in abundance.

Enjoyed our short stay at Ross Place. A comfy suite, 3 good meals a day, a variety of activities, movies, entertainment..and a top notch management staff. Planning for future...Ross Place is at the top of our list.
