Clean and good customer service! And great parking

I didn't want to check off one star but it is the only way this message will post! I give them a be fat "F" It seems they remove reviews somehow, I guess by changing the name. My advice: Don't get sick. My mother has been so jerked around by this "care". Most of the PSW's are caring but some are not. Some even fall asleep! You have an extremely frustrating and difficult time getting consistency and unfortunately I had to threaten to cancel through my Simcoe caseworker and low and behold I got some action. Poor people that can't fight for what is right. They don't even tell their care workers what the persons ailment is before they go for their first visit. I have had to "train" each and every one of them. My mother has Alzheimers and Parkinsons and they just send someone in cold. It takes days for me to help my mother recover emotionally from the multiple switches and different "new" people they send. She only gets 10 hours a week and if they cancel you don't get those hours back. This system is so broken. The ladies are obviously underpaid and not motivated unless it is ingrained already in their character. Thank you to those that have given my mother good care, it has nothing to do with your employer and you should take all the credit. Private care is extremely expensive and not sustainable for most and they don't call in advance or until the last minute, I have to call to find out who is coming the next morning and IF someone will come. I spend many of my respite hours organizing the schedule and calling, calling, calling...they very rarely pick up the phone and you can sometimes wait 10 minutes on hold only to end up in their general voice mail box. Do your homework and talk to as many professional as possible to find better care for your loved one. Signed, very disappointed.

My uncle came here for rehab after knee replacement surgery, I can't say enough about this place, the staff are very helpful, the therapy did miracles, the place is so clean, thank you everyone .

Orange is the new grey...When we moved my mother in law into the Waterford 2 years ago, we were absolutely impressed about the quality of service, the quality of the meals and the absolute dedication of the staff. All things changed gradually since the acquisition by Sienna, to the point that now this is no longer a place I feel good about my decision. Having dinner the other day in the dining room with my in law, listening to the other tables and conversation amongst of other residents I was shocked at some of the comments. Never mind the fact that the food served was less than a inner-city juvenile wayward home (bare edible by my dog) , when the residents complained about the food being cold, they were told that they should "hurry along and eat faster". When asked for a second cup of tea, I thought that the staff reaction was an olympic presentation of eye rolling competition. One resident clearly described my visit best: "next thing dear, they will dress us in orange jumpers". This is not what we signed up to pay for.

Horrible, unprofessional, uncaring. Nothing they claim to provide is given. Our family member was at great risk at this facility. They should not be allowed to treat our elderly this way. Hospital 2 Home care they offer should be stopped. Thank God we were able to remove her.
