My Grandmother has moved into Chartwell Retirement, I went to visit her and this home ia gorgeously done up. Her room is beautiful and very spacious. The staff is amazing and very helpful. My grandma just loves it here. Thank you Chartwell for making her feel like home.

unfortunately for us she returned to resume her studies. We have now welcomed a new care taker for my husband and again it is working out. The staff in the office have been very helpful.

I would not recommend this place we had a patient come to our office from here and the Dr determined the man needed to be hospitalized and the nursing home told our office it is our job to figure out how to transport him to the hospital as once they leave they are no longer responsible for the transport unless it is back to the nursing home. Also this gentlemans wheelchair and clothes were covered in urine
