AmeriStaff Home Nursing was recommended to me by the nurse at Beaumont Hospital for my Mom and the I must say everyone they sent out was professional, kind and caring, the nurses were amazing. The office staff was a delight to work with as well, very dependable and always available around the clock!

Love this place. Has many good and hardworking people that I know of. Place is great.

Hi, My mom lives in this home and at first she didn't like it. but now she is okay.

This is a prime example of government inefficiency. I was warned by health care professionals that LHIN resorted to bullying tactics to fill beds and close case files and I have experienced first hand how true this is. LHIN forced me to place my sister, who has dementia, into a facility that is not designed and do not have the staff to care for individuals with dementia. As a result of this the staff at this facility has resorted to over medicating her to the point that she can barely function. I have repeatedly called LHIN to find out where my sister is "on the list", to be moved a more suitable facility but to date they have never bothered to even give me the courtesy of a return call.

I have never set foot in the place but the way they sent my brother to the hospital was deplorable. Multiple open wounds, a nasty bruise on his head from a fall, he was full of infection including [urinary tract, septicemia and a yeast infection {in his mouth}]. I have been seeking to remove him from there and I now feel I have the proof that they are not taking care of him.

Home like atmosphere, fantastic location with loads of activities. Excellent Care and Compassion from Staff. Highly recommend this Retirement Residence.

great caring staff, treat you as family.

This place is Terrible. When you enter there is a urine smell, 3 residents in a very small room, no phone in the rooms no bathroom per room (communal rest room) looks like only 2 down the hall

In MY OPINION: Squalor, cruelty, neglect. Beds are infection breeding grounds, dieased,bug infested, urine soaked, feces, horizontal prisons. But many of the staff are compassionate, qualified, overworked, dedicated, and are doing the best they can do. My husband thankfully escaped in death, now safe.

This place is absolutely horrible. My mother went here as a request from her doctor and shortly after passed away under their care. She had an accident so they say and fell on the floor. One of my siblings went to retrieve her belongings, they stole 3 of her brand new outfits & encouraged him to make a claim so they can steal that too. I urge everyone please do not send you love ones here!!! If I could do it all over again I would have never listened to her doctor, this is a horrible place. Don’t do it!!!
