Hotel/Motel

Clean and comfy rooms that also offer soft and firm pillows for your comfort. Friendly staff, reasonable rates.

Would recommend to everyone. Nice rooms, smells clean. Beautiful swimming pool and awesome breakfast

I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Hard beds.

Fantastic!

Clean rooms very friendly staff. Great value!!

Don't do it.... Just don't!

Tina, the manager, is lovely. Goes above and beyond to accommodate.

Nice rooms. Great service

Great hotel for the price. Clean, quiet and comes with a complementary breakfast buffet.

Nice staff, good service, clean, good food and beautiful room views. We loved our stay and will stay again.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, breakfast is standard from. Holiday inn, pools seems nice, and an alright exercise room. Can't really ask for much more

BW in Cold Lake is two buildings and they don't let you know which one you are booked into. It is the same price for the lovely hotel as the cramped motel on the property. The parking does not have room for all the guests even if you book in with your license. They have strange standards for breakfast so don't expect that you will receive it. The motel portion has cement steps up so it is difficult if you have mobility problems. We do not recommend.

Good price, very friendly manager.

Ive Bin To 5 Hotels in the Past 3 Months and This One Has Alot More Things to do So i Love It.

Clean quiet and comfortable. Quite often they have vacancies even when those book online sites say they don't... so watch out for those poachers trying to promote more expensive rooms. This place was good for the price.

First, when you arrive, you're like "oh no..what have we done?", BUT the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was so high up on the wall we couldn't reach it. The springs in the chair were broken. Very small room. The owner was very nice. But I think we're pajama bottoms everyday. If you're just looking for a comfy bed, this place is ok.

Great motel. Nice room and bathroom. They have BBQ and tables.

Great bike ride to visit a friend
