Hotel/Motel

The rooms are nice for the price. The hotel is right beside the highway, but you don't hear the cars. There are a few good restaurants in the area.

Rushed out of breakfast by warden type woman. She was extreamly rude to a few guest there was a lot of food still left over.I understand that breakfast ends at 10 am but let the food run out! Just don't refill after that time! Really sad seeing that food go to waste. The mens bathroom was out of tolite paper for 2 hours. I went up to the check-in counter to notify the girl behind the counter and she was assisting another guest. The same warden type woman was there (I assume she was a manager) neither one acknoledged I was standing there. So I left after 10 mins of being ignored. I saw the housekeepers cart and grabed a roll and walked by the 2 ladies at the counter very bad service. At the end of my stay I just threw the key cards on the counter and walked away frustrated. Still haven't been back a year later.

It's a good, cheap hotel. But it is kinda dated a bit. It could use a good facelift, at least looking from the road. Other than that, it's clean and affordable. If you need a cheap hotel room for the night, I'd recommend coming here.

Easy to access from the QEW. Ample parking. I attended a private event in a portion of the restaurant that could be made into a separate room. When the large sliding doors were closed, the room was quiet.

Without a doubt the best place we have stayed and thats just not in Canada. Steve and Linn are the most friendly hosts and we just love it. Can't say enough good things as page would be a mile long so would thoroughly recommend their B&B to anyone.

Great service, but rooms are always with way too much carpet.

I'm giving a 5-star review because of Cindy from front desk. One of the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. She is incredibly helpful and will make sure her customers are enjoying their stay. The location was a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car, the hotel room was nice (they even left me a tiny welcome card!), and self-served breakfast in the morning!

Quite surprised! About the whole stay room was really clean! Full breakfast in the morning lots of variety. Definitely staying here again! Location is close to the Go train station to Toronto.

Good place if you're on a budget plus there's always vacancies - I found it at a time where every single motel and hotel was booked up in Burlington due to a summer festival. It's basic, good enough for me. I always stayed in smoking rooms for the upper balcony. However, this place isn't great... Staff charged me completely different prices almost every time. I've been given a key when I checked in that was to someone else's room, so I walked in on a guest in their room due to an employee's mistake. I stayed alone one night and a male employee told me I was lying to get a lower rate and also assumed I was a sex worker!!! Ridiculously rude and uncalled for. I never caused a single issue here yet when I would leave, one male staff member would go out of his way to watch me leave the premises. I've seen pretty sketchy things happen here... All in all, not somewhere I would bring children but if you're desperate or on a budget it does the trick! Also walking distance to the Burlington GO. There are laundry machines there, just need change and your own detergent. I just read that there's a free continental breakfast? Not sure where they would host this but this is the first I'm hearing of it. If this was offered when I spent some time there, I'm going to be really mad they never mentioned it to me...

Great rooms some with full kitchens. Nice pool and hot tub. but the best is the fountain and garden in the back so peaceful and beautiful. oh yea and complimentary breakfast.

For a motel it's pretty good. Nice people, fire pit, and decent rooms.

The Motel is under new ownership and the staff are endlessly working on the property from the inside out! On a daily basis the management accommodates every request to make weekenders, travelling contractors and overnighter customers satisfied above and beyond. Can't wait to see the finished product. Keep up the great work guys and gals

My favourite hotel! 1. Love that the restaurant turns into a night club 2. Food is amazing 3. Staff is very friendly 4. Rooms are modern, very clean with amazing beds.

I found out that it is Under New Management. They are apartments for rent.

Great rooms. Great staff. Surprisingly good breakfast. Would stay in again!

Friendly people

Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. We arrived 12am on a Friday night and the surrounding area is a little shadey as the place is surrounded by bars. Room was sufficient for the 1 night stay.
