Very nice hotel, Service was exceptional however the complimentary breakfast was bland and flat.

My daughter and I stayed here for a night to tour the campus . We found access of booking on line and ease of check in and checkout flexibility wonderful. All were super friendly and helpful - what a great experience.

It is a great stay at this hotel! I actually attended a small convention dedicated to my favourite game series, and the location is great because it's near the GO trains & a few local good restaurants as well. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and accommodating to our needs. I go here every year, and last year I remember the food at the restaurant was also delicious.

Location is excellent, services excellent and the rooms are great. Only thing I needed a refrigerator especially due to the fact it is summer and I needed to keep my food, juices and my beers cool and preserved. The front desk staff Elliot and Arif, and the house-keeping staff - simply the best. ###!!!! Thank you all.....WILL BE COMING BACK SOON !!!!###

Their service is amazing They're very considerate and understanding of circumstances. The rooms are perfect for the price. Breakfast is reasonable but no one has the right to complain if they're paying a "Best Value"

Comfortable otb to play for an afternoon

Unfortunately I've had to stay here a few times. The owner is the only one on payroll and he doesn't service any of the rooms or change out bedsheets or towels. We had 3 rooms and then owner stated that each room (with double beds) was only supposed to house 2 people at maximum so he wouldn't give us any extra towels. There were 6 towels for a total of 12 people. Constant sketchy people going in and out and fights are a frequent sight. We needed a plunger so the owner gave us one but it was broken and did not work. Some of my travel partners left with bed bug bites all up and down their legs and arms. So if your into catching a disease or like to itch your skin constantly then this is the place for you!

Everything was perfect. They renovated everything and it looks really gud. ***Pool and Spa Awesome ****** *Rooms are totally changed Everything new. *We had hot breakfast in the morning. *All staff members are really gud and helpfull At the end it was a gud stay. Will be there soon😊😊😊

This was one of the most well maintained, modern, cleanest, with polite staff that I've ever been to. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We only stayed one night but if we ever have to stay overnight in Caledon again, it will be here.

Very deceiving was told a price( 149.00 + taxes) for three persons adults end up with extra fees for extra ppl in room (22,60) ( early check-in (22.60) imagine at 12 o'clock!" They finally reimbursed me for early chek-in after several e-mails...Towels missing in room for 2 only, we had to search the corridor to find an extra! A/C very noisy, we were gone the next day by 10hrs, all this for a total of 192.09$ instead of 169.00 as told by phone! Breakfast...coffee wasn't ready... I dislike being taken for a fool, and that's how I was treated! No problem paying what was understood. Don't recommend to nobody!

I led an event in the dining area in the front with the bar. Beautiful venue and very helpful and kind staff.

I visited my mother while she was staying in a suite here for a few weeks. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, but a little dated, which is okay because they are renovating it. While visiting, I noticed I could hear everything in the hallway, which must have made sleeping difficult for my mom. The 3 stars is because my mom was told a complimentary breakfast was included in her already expensive package, but after flying out here and getting settled in, it turned out it wasn't. They tried to make up for it by giving her a few vouchers, but it was still quite frustrating for her to find out once she got here, which has us unwilling to trust this hotel for the next time she visits.

Pool was shut down for maintenance the first night and reopened next day to be disgusting and filled with dead bugs. However, they did upgrade our room after the initial one we got had smelly water flooding the floor when we arrived. The penthouse suites are nice and the cleaning and front desk staff were pleasant. The restaurant however, had lied to us one night saying they had none of the ingredients for things on the menu and that they were super 'busy'. We saw an empty area. Next morning, different restaurant staff told us they had all these ingredients and made an amazing omelet for my mother in law. However, the pancakes were bitter and the bacon was cooked oddly.

This was a good place to stay. The service was good and people were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable.
