Beautiful people, incredible views, nice surrounding area. This place is honestly the most relaxing hotel I have ever slept in. No breakfast available in the hotel but you have a cute little A&W to take care of that for you.

Very comfortable and inviting. So clean and well kept.

Nice and quiet, perfect accommodation with a restaurant and bar - all in one! Plus the staff are nice too!

It’s moldey and dirty and overpriced

The food was good and fresh. Service was also good. Room rates looked reasonable. Looks rough on the outside but clean inside. My family would say this building is almost historic.

This place was awesome, so homy for me, I mean its very comfortable and the owner Ms. Rose was very accomodating, you can even talk to her whatever under the sun😊such a nice person and Im sure this is where Im gonna go back for another stoon vacation😉

This was a great hotel to stay at. All the amenities you would need. Very friendly and attentive staff. My room did not have carpeting so a nice feature for us germaphobes. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety. Property is nicely situated close to many stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

You can tell the staff is proud to work here. Super friendly and professional. Beautiful hotel. If I’m ever in Saskatoon again I won’t even look anywhere else. Hands down the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were large. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of food for the free breakfast.

Keep in mind that I am comparing this hotel to others in its same class. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff is very nice. I ended up with a king suite due to limited availability. The room is very large, but almost too large. It feels almost of a waste of space, knowing that I could get a smaller but equivalently nice room for a fraction of the cost. The jacosi in the living room is odd, and feels like a space filler. It also appears as if three different people designed the place. The bathroom is very modern and sleek, yet the wall art and furniture in the living room is dated. The floor transitions from being wood veneer when you walk in, to striped carpet in the living areas, to modern tile in the washroom. Overall, although this place is nice, I would chose a Courtyard over this place 9/10 times simply because it is more practical, consistent, and closer to the airport.

I've stayed at Colonial Square Inn & Suites during Good Friday Holidays. The Colonial Square Saskatoon Hotel was clean, safe and and reasonably appointed rooms in Saskatoon.

Quick service. Recently renovated. Keurig machines in the suites

Simple accommodation that was reasonably priced and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to university and hospital.
