Staff is helpful and friendly. The overall motel property looks a little sketchy but feels safe most times we have stayed. A few times there have been noisy groups and the walls are pretty thin. A unexpected value in the kitchenette room - its bigger than some bachelor apartments! Beds aren't overly comfortable but rooms and bedding are clean.

Very friendly and accommodating staff.. I have pets that travel everywhere with me and sometime it is difficult to find reasonably priced accommodations that work. Next time I need a place to stay when I am in town, I will be back!

Lovely place run by friendly wonderful people! Perfect place to stay if you're passing through for the night or a few days. They also allowed our dog and we're wonderful about it!

Very good stay and very hospitable owner. He let us park very close to the office and near our room after a 14 hour drive. Highly recommended for far destination travelers.

Comfortable and resonable

We had problems with travel Lodge when trying to book in and tried to get a new hotel room, the lady at the front desk was a great help to us and got us a hotel at Prince Edward hotel with a discount. Had to pay quite Abit for damage deposit, but it was worth it and will get the deposit back when leaving.

Have sent my out of town customers and all had a good night stay

Very clean and comfortable, newly renovated suites, with kitchenettes and big comfy towels. The motel owner went out of his way to help us when our truck wouldn't start due to the cold temperature by lending us an extension cord, and searched our room for our granddaughter's blanket.

Beautiful place on the Trent Canal. I like the privacy of the cottage. Clean. So much better than any hotel in my view.

Lovely spot on the water. Staff were very helpful with any requests we had. Great location with two restaurants on the property, just steps away from Gananoque Boat Lines dock.

As a motel, the rooms look great but has a funky\musky smell from the AC unit. The pool needs better cleaning. The included breakfast is where it needs a lot of improvement. You'll have your basic English style breakfast (Pastry, cereal, bread, PB and Jam) They also include one type of eggs (Scrambled), English sausage and a waffle maker. Tea and coffee station as well. If you go early in the morning (Between 7 and 8 am) You'll be able to have all the above. Anything between 8:30 and 10 am. Forget the eggs and sausages. We went around 9:00 am, I had to tell the lady working to make more eggs and sausage as she said. Sorry it's finished. As we were waiting about 15 to 20 more people came in for breakfast. The main items should always be available until 10 am as stated in the deal. Breakfast included from 7am to 10 am!!! It's only 2 items, it can't be hard to make it available.

Cabins were good. Nice and quiet being that far off road. Was clean and well looked after.some things were a little dated but was ok

The water from the bathroom sink faucet and shower head came out brown. We ended up not taking shower and brushed our teeth with water we purchased. With a baby and a toddler, no chances were taken. We also found a used plastic glass on the floor and dead flies in the shower. On a better note, nice morning staff.
