Motel 6 was located near Dairy Queen. Air conditioning had to be on quite often since the room was very hot. The door to the bathroom seemed to be a little too long since it kept scraping on the floor and was hard to close. Breakfast was served in the same building where you check in.

Not a great place. Hard to find the front desk currently because they are renovating. After waking up I was coughing for 20+ minutes. No idea what I was breathing here overnight but my lungs did not like it. Very glad I only spent one night here. Maybe the construction has created a lot of dust.

Best prices comparing to the other hotels around Lethbridge. It is located closer to other restaurants and pubs.

I stayed at this hotel for TWO WEEKS. I spent a small fortune and at first things seemed to be going very well. Then one night everything changed. There was a male nightshift worker that seemed to enjoy causing drama, engaging in arguments and being overly aggressive and confrontational! He was on a power trip and that was overly evident. Not allowed visitors after 11pm??? I could understand if you had a large amount of visitors or your company was making a lot of noise. If you were being disruptive or causing a scene. But no. That was not the case here. Anyway - we didnt want to get kicked out so the following night we had ZERO VISITORS. The next morning we received a phone call from the manager telling us that we had to go. That we had people coming and going ALL night. I tried to explain that was not the truth and he even refused to show me the video surveillance. He told me the short tattooed woman that was working front. Desk told him all about it. I told him she was a LIAR and I told her the same!! SHAME ON YOU!! Kevin - your employees are costing you money and customers. Get it together and be careful because for whatever reason they are lying to you! Check your cameras and confirm what you being old.

This place is ran down, dirty and smells like it has been smoked in for years. Not only that if you are looking to get a decent night sleep good luck. I heard traffic all night long. I am giving it a 2 stars instead of 1 because of the staff. The little cleaning lady with a raspy voice was very sweet. The front dest lady was also helpful.

The room we were booked in had a defective A/C unit, so we called front desk and within 5 minutes they had brought us up keys to a replacement room. Very courteous staff and the room was clean. The bathroom products they stock are amazing by the way.

Great central location. Large rooms. Great continental breakfast. Comfy bed. Nice and quiet.

it is not a hotel it ai mare like a romming house.you pay by the month to live there.

The atmosphere was calming, the seating was very comfortable and a good height for anyone. The food is delicious and the coolest part about the menu is the back. It gives you descriptions and pronouciations of the jargon that is on the menu if you are unfamiliar with it. The only reason I would give it a 4 and not a 5 is the waiting area. Which is super tiny and can get crowded very fast with just a few people. The server we had, Sage, I don't know if I spelt it right but she was amazing. Very friendly and gives great service.

Friendly check-in. The initial room I got had a strange smell and there was a small fruit fly. They got me another room right away, but the air con was not on, so it was kinda stuffy. Breakfast was blah.

Stayed for a sports event. Clean and good size room but the bed was very hard and the room was super hot

Exceptional customer service!!! Met upon arrival out front so we didn't unload all our bags because room had an outside entrance. Service and friendliness the next morning for breakfast and check out was second to none! Great experience. Thank you!

"Computer was down" when we were checking out, can't print receipt or anything. After 5 minutes said receipt was just sent to me by email. 8 days passed no email, no receipt. Checked my credit card, they charged and sure enough what I was afraid of, they charged $186, $25 more than what I was told ($161 for one night). Be careful with these crook hotel managers. They would trick you for some amount that you won't bother going after for because they know you live 2 hours drive away! I feel robbed!
