I went to a wedding in stettler we decided to stay at the super 8.get to our room to find food still in the refrigerator and the smell of the room. And the bride and groom found a dead mouse in there room ... not recommended

I wanted to give this place a glowing 5 star review, I really did, as many small businesses really need that feedback and good review. But if I'm being completely honest, it was a cold night. The blankets are rather thin and even after I cranked the thermostat to 30, I still found myself having a lot of trouble shaking the chill in the room. Either the thermostat or maybe just the insulation in the building is f***ed up. Who knows. But after spending money on a warm bed to sleep in, I found the bed really wasn't that warm and woke up rather tired. The owner was nice enough and we bantered a bit. No complaints there. Maybe just leave an extra blanket in the rooms when the weather is hitting -20 or below because no one should consider sleeping in their clothing at a motel room to stay warm. I wish heartland Lodge much luck however and will likely still return and give it another shot. Godspeed

House and rooms were very clean. Beautiful garden. Good location. Delicious breakfast. Very nice owners.

Fabulous place. Rooms were A+ - very clean, quiet + well equipped. Great breakfast was included. Restaurant meals were fantastic! Casino was small but fun! Attended a wedding in banquet room and everything was top notch.

We stopped here for a night and got there 1pm, our room was ready, it was excellent, nice little kitchen, also a large fridge freezer. The couple who I believe own the. Motel we're wonderful. The town is a short walk from the place, and all at a very low price.

Owners were very accomodating and thoughtful people. Room was comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend motel. Food at A 'Touch of Ginger' in the motel was excellent! Great food and great service.

Its not new and pretty standard small town motel. But the big plus are the couple behind the bar that are very friendly, clean rooms, big beer selection (for a small place) nice food and the locals, which made my short lonely stay not so lonely.

Camrose Pizza is awesome. I am not too much interested in going to any lounge. Church maybe. But no lounge.

Cheap place to stay, owners are nice. Needs renovation but I would come back
