I gotta say that this one one of the cheapest hotel when we booked and it was a lot better than we expected our rooms had 2 bedroom! It's a little far from downtown but still walkable. Recommended !

The family spent three nights in the hotel over a week. It was very clean, well kept and had a nice area for dinner and breakfast. It is a short 10 min walk to downtown Banff and they have a large underground parking garage. Note it is first come first serve - there is only about 50 spots for a 90-100 guest rooms. If you don't get a soft you must park on the street. Breakfast was included and had a good selection.

Clean. Good staff. But not a 4 or 5 star location. A few people we spoke to stayed a few door down and had a better price, much better included breakfast. We on the other hand pay 3 dollars an egg. Like i said the staff was nice. Location was clean. Frankly if the breakfast was better I would likely have given them a much better rating. For these prices it seems they are racing to cut corner. I will be stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel has been phenomenal and exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms are really nice, clean and have comfortable beds. The pool area is stunning but most importantly the staff here is fantastic. Everyone we have encountered has gone out of their way to ensure we have everything we need. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for just a night because I arrived too late in the day to start backpacking, everything went smoothly and without any issues. The breakfast is actually just access to a kitchen with some basic supplies like toast and cereal, had that been advertised more clearly I would've purchased dinner at the grocery and cooked here instead as well to save some money. Great place!

I always try to stay at a best Western. And this place is no exception. Walking distance to down town. With all the amenities you would expect from Best Western. I would be happy to return again. It's older but we'll maintained.

Great central location with all the usual amenities, nice bar, friendly staff and comfortable clean rooms. Plenty of information available on local sights and activities, as well as organised group activities for those staying at the hostel.

My room was clean, spacious and the staff was friendly. The hot tub is off the lobby and you can smell the chlorine smell in the lobby. That would be the only downside I had.

Overall a very good hotel for its price. All Banff hotels are pretty pricey in general but this hotel was on the cheaper side and provided much more than expected. Very convenient location, free parking, and the beds were extremely comfortable. No pool, no room service or restaurant, but no big deal with banff avenue right outside your door.

This little gem was a great find! It was nice and clean. Breakfast was great and we sat on the cute little porch with a view of the mountains. Parking is super tight, but we made it work.

We stayed for three nights here and enjoyed it. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is great and lots of parking in the basement. Easy to get too. Would stay again.

Clean affordable and friendly! We had an awesome stay. Great location as a base for our hikes in the park.

I loved the clean, modern feel of this hotel. It felt very European in style. Adding to the Euro feel was the fact that some corridors and especially the elevator were a bit tight to navigate in my rather large wheelchair. Still, I'd give an A- grade on accessibility.

We only stayed for a night but we had a lovely stay. The room we were in was fantastic and luxurious - there was so much room! We experienced the spa, outdoor hot pools, and the sauna. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The view outside the hotel was definitely a must-see. Overall a great and wonderful experience.

This was one of our stops during a journey through the rockies, by far the best hotel we stopped in. The rooms are spacious, the restaurants offer a range of food suitable for all tastes and breakfast is available. Not much fitness equipment but the leisure facilities were more than adequate to cater for the amount of guests there. The staff are all extremely welcoming and there to help with any queries. Would highly recommend.

Location is central so great, room is great, the placement of the room is weird...we had to carry out suitcases up stairs.

It was a good stay.. except that I couldn’t connect to their wifi and the air conditioning was down making our room feel like a sauna.. none of these is the staff’s or the hotel’s fault as technology isn’t always 100% reliable,. The staff were great so the three stars are mainly for them and keeping the room and place clean..
