Quite expensive but an excellent location and clean and tidy rooms

Such a beautiful place in the middle of the Canadian Rockies :) Definitely worth to visit!

Great location, friendly staff. The room we had was quite spacious. Good value for money bearing in mind the price we paid.

This hotel is disgusting! I don't know how they are allowed to rent out rooms. From the minute you walk in the room there is musty moldy smell. Mold on bathroom ceiling, carpet is coming up, furniture is damaged, no fridge in room, and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. I did hear after my stay that they are planning on tearing it down. Don't waste your time contacting the manager because they won't even reply. Save your money and sleep outside in tent on dirt, much cleaner.

Good location with access to pool/sauna in the nearby hotel and one of the more affordable lodging options in banff.

This hotel catered and hosted my wedding. Hilary our wedding coordinator was a breath of fresh air taking care of every detail. Our wedding was flawless, the food perfection. The staff from bellhops to bartenders to cooks to front desk staff took such good care of us. We only have good things to say about the Banff Park Lodge.

Last minute. Cheapest room available in town. No regrets. The room was dated but clean,and the staff was friendly.

Nice location outside town. Nicely rennovated. Comfortable bed. Excellent service. Delicious restaurant. It loses one star from me because the walls are very thin. When you are woken up several times at night due to noise and once in the morning because you can hear every moan of the people in the room above you having sex, it detracts a bit from the enjoyment of the serene surroundings. Needless to say, it needs a bit of work on soundproofing between rooms. Nice view from hot tub.

Great little motel! Unfortunately, they allow people to smoke right outside their doors and windows so there is the stink of cigarettes in the rooms. They need to have a place away from the buildings to prevent this nastiness...

Very friendly. Very clean and comfy beds.

Room was overall clean when we arrived. Fairly sized room with a separate room for the shower and toilet. The only little gripe we had with our stay was that our room wasn't taken care of once we extended our stay for another day.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Hotel is nice. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. I do recommend staying here, whether it’s over night, or for longer stays.

Travelling on a very strict budget, this motel was perfect. The room was clean, air conditioning was efficient, and the breakfast was satisfying. Having a pool and a playground right outside the door was nice. Absolutely no issues, excellent for people travelling modestly.

Welcoming staff and lobby. Clean, best breakfast, omelettes made to order, clean warm pool. Pet friendly. Most comfortable 3 day stay. Will definitely be staying here again.
