Clean, quiet, well kept property. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are welcoming, and, if you get a balcony, it’s a sublime place to relax and enjoy the mountain views.

I called this place looking for a vacancy and the woman that answered was so rude she just said in a snarly voice that they were closed and slammed, hung up the phone. Not that nice of owner it seems.

Only took off a star because they raised the price $20 as there was high demand when we were there, even though we booked a month in advance. Otherwise, great little motel!

We stayed at the property on McDougal Road and were very impressed. The property gives you a feeling of home! Ideally located in Fort Smith, walking distance to everything. The property is very clean and well equipped. There is little you will need to enjoy your stay! Thank you Sandra!

Best Place to stay in Fort Smith! Book early!

If you stay for only one night, don't use it. But if you have a family planning for a weekend lake experiences, then go for it. Clean, spacious, tasteful. Close to the lake, and owners are willing to help. If you must have windows, perhaps you should reconsider. But if you don't care, and just want to spend time outside and in water, then this is your place!!!

Where your dorm is depends on your experience there. overall good and excellent location from the campus. shared kitchens are hit or miss on what is available to use for cooking supplies

Amazing and unparalleled! This B&B is a must...very popular and classy. Rooms are excellent, great walking distance from downtown, the hosts couldn't be more gracious.

Very nice and quiet place!

Beautiful setting. Lovely owners. Clean, quiet and close to the Hot Springs. We could not have asked for a more lovely way to get away for our Anniversary. They really went out of their way to think of everything.... including towels for the pool, a little fridge with cream for our coffee, a room to hang out and chill if we wanted.... and the backyard backs onto the golf course. I almost hate to give it a 5 star review because it really is a gem and we will definitely come back again. Thanks Rosemary and Chris!
