Very large well appointed room with beautiful view. Owners very friendly. Excellent breakfast.

Staying at the Heartstone B&B was like staying with family. Delicious breakfast, a warm welcome and excellent tips on where to visit. There are not enough wonderful, amazing things to say about Candice and Doug!! We will definitely be back!! :) Thank you for a fantastic week!

Clean & quaint little motel. If I have reason to stay in Keromeos again I'm sure I would stay here.

Best motel I have stayed at ever. Super clean and well set up rooms. Good beds with good pillows and blankets. Carpet is good ( I just stayed at a different one where I didn't want to take of my shoes). Nice and new bathrooms. Plenty of space to put luggage. Nice size fridge and good coffee machine. Couldn't hear a thing from next door. Plenty of fresh mountain air coming into the room. Big TV. A&W next door as well as a restaurant. Kids seemed to love the pool. Incredible prize.

Friendly & Clean. Signage could be better but since it's right on the corner we found it easily enough. There's even a cool old mini golf course, just gotta ask!

Place is a run down motel. It is very affordale. The room assigned to us was not clean. The beddings had some spots and looked untidy. Bathroom smelled not so good. We covered our beddings with extra sheets that we had in the car cause i felt itchy when i lay down on the bed. Maybe it was justme. I hope the owner make some improvements so it won't look very old and untidy. Airconditioning was working fine, though a little bit noisy.

Great place to stay very polite customer service.

It was a quiet room, fairly clean. The only issue was the bathroom. Outside of a very short shower head, the non slip mat was extremely dirty, as was the tile in the shower. Other than that a good price for the accommodation

The property manager, Brad, was extremely helpful and polite upon arrival even with the frantic fray of all of the guests he had to assist. He made sure we were well set and loved on our USA service dog in-training. Our rest was delightful and we would recommend this location to any traveler. Even the schoolyard next door that allowed for open space play time was an added bonus.

Not too bad, reasonably clean, good a/c, good price. Just needed for a quick nights rest and back on the road.

The motel is well known to the RCMP as a haven for drug user, prostitution, and bed bugs. Avoid at all costs!!!

Room did exactly what we needed it to do, House us for the night on our road trip. AC worked great, even woke up cold. Room was very basic and the TV had good selection. The showers were very small, I am only 5’8 and had to shoot the shower head up to wash my hair. My boyfriend is 6’3 so the shower was very difficult for him. The breakfast is not a full breakfast, it is toast and cereal along with frozen waffles in a fridge that you can microwave. We ended up walking across the parking lot to Harold’s We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The parking lot is terrible. When it fills up there are some spots where you will get boxed in
