No frills room served our one night purpose. Interesting that they had pots and pans available for cooking, perhaps for long term guests.

Great room and quiet despite being near the main road! Staff is accommodating and friendly.

Small but cute little room (including 2 large beds) and a nice breakfast prepared in the lounge every morning. Close to scenic area and stores are close for your convinience. Excellent service, would visit again.

It is a nice and convenience place to stay. It is near supermarkets and a greyhound station. The owner is very kind. If you have any questions, you just ask him. He will help you. Furthermore, the price to stay there for one night is cheap and reasonable.

Suite was spacious with full sized fridge and kitchen table. Beds are comfy and there are some nearby dining options.

Pool was extremely clean breakfast was fresh and really good. Room was dead quiet couldn’t hear other guests. Great night sleep for us and our 21 month old.

Clean rooms comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The pool was kind of murky, so I didn't partake. The attached restaurant/steakhouse offers very good food. We're going to return to Kamloops next time rather than just being a stopping point on the way to Banff or Jasper.

Hotel was booked solid, but we got our reservation in just in time. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with egg patties and even fresh fruits and good quality juices. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you

The rooms are clean and reasonably well maintained. They are not fancy but they are functional and caring. The manager, Hero, truly goes above and beyond and his staff are friendly and fun. It felt like staying at a friend's home much of the time.

The rooms were surprisingly very comfortable and clean. The guy at the desk was very nice. The breakfast was very small and simple. Good value and good price! One teeny thing that there wasn’t enough yogurt in the morning, and they didn’t restock.

The room was clean. Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. Bathroom was nice and clean too. The front desk (Ramandeep -totally love this lady. Note to management - give her a raise!) was super nice to us and helped us out when Expedia screwed up our reservation and gave us a better rate. Will definitely stay here once again when we go back to Kamloops.

It was very nice the room they put us in. The breakfast was minimal and not worth it. Definitely needed more.

Comfortable beds, great value and accomodating staff. Waterslide is great fun. I would have given 5 stars but the pool area could do with being kept a bit tidier and more towels as they were often out.

Best customer service I experienced throughout my entire week trip in Canada! Our car was victim to a hit and run in their parking lot. The manager, Mandeep went out of his way on a day that he wasn't going to be in the office just to review the overnight security footage of the parking lot for my wife and I. Beyond that, during our stay, the staff was friendly, room was clean, overall enjoyed our stay and was a great value! Would definitely stay here again if we are traveling through town!
