Got drunk in the parking lot once.. had a blast

Room was clean, except the bathroom ceiling was disgusting. Air conditioning was pathetic at best. Air conditioner was meant for a small bedroom, but was wall mounted in the room. Clerk was friendly but was not trained properly how to do his job. Walls are very thin, as are the curtains and bedding. Wifi was loaded with viruses. Overall, a terrible experience that's not worth $20 a night, forget about 100.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms are clean and the beds are quite comfortable to sleep on. Good value for the price.

This place is old and run down but the staff was friendly and helpful also the price was right.

Really good value for money. We expected an average motel close to the highway but were very positively surprised. The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us out with several things we needed to get organized. The rooms are spacious and have nice views of the river that flows right by the property. There is a garden/terraces right by the river that guests can use. They also have 2 barbeques and outdoor seating available. Overall we had a great stay.

Our stay was pretty good, pretty much what you'd expect from a traditional hotel. It smelled like urine outside our room though for the majority of the night which just made it feel disgusting

Clean, bright and helpful staff. Great spot downtown near all the shopping. Great pool & games room. Room was updated and clean. NO microwave but still nice.

I would not recommend this accommodation. The "new building" or "annex" is an apartment building where hotel guests and residents of the apartment intermix. Not a dealbreaker certainly, but that is a fact. Cleanliness in general is passable but not good. The key cards always demagnetize, and you have to get them reset.

Great modern hotel with an even more fantastic restaurant! We had a superb meal and breakfast there and it was super cheap too! Probably the best place to eat and stay in the centre of Kamloops. Give it a try!

Very very old style, comically uneven paint and poorly done edges. 70s style, well everything. Breakers kept tripping when we used more than three appliances. Bare bones continental breakfast. Hotel attendant was quite good and helpful though.

It was ok. The rooms were outdated. We were "upgraded" from a double queen room to a "suite" with a separate room for kids but the room was tiny with an accordion style door that pinches little fingers. A bunch of lightbulbs didn't work. But otherwise it was ok Just ok.

Old, cheap hotel. Room was clean, and tidy. Make sure you find the best rate, we ended up paying far too much for the same room. Great for an overnight short stay if you get the best rate.

Convenient location to access the hospital and quiet, comfortable room. Free parking is obviously a plus. Staff is welcoming.

Car broke down coming home from Vancouver, and stayed a night in this Hotel. Staff gave us the best room available for no additional cost, and were extremely supportive through the entire stay. Amazing service, very clean, and friendly staff. Would literally stay here and drive 4 hours to Vancouver just to support this Hotel.

Just for one night it's okay, ask for a room on the second floor because there's no insulation between the floors, people above us were heavy footed! It sounded like they had a elephant up there.

From check in to check out the Ramada took great care of us. The beds! The beds were plush and a very good sleep. I was in town for a conference and my friend and I were very pleased

Cheap rates, good view and staff is friendly. Rooms and establishment needs upgrades. Not maintained very well. Shower heads and sink in the bathroom is extremely low. Approximately 5ft 5inches high only.
