Very clean and comfortable room! Very good customer service

Sehr nah zur Autobahn, 24 Stunden die Rezeption besetzt, Frühstück ist im Preis mit drin, sehr gute Parkplätze, Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung und schön eingerichtet. Negativ Punkte: Nichtraucherzimmer war bestellt, Zimmer war aber total rauchig. Frühstück sehr süß und relativ ungesund. Kaffee war aber sehr gut.

Good food and a good range of beers on tap. I would have given 5 stars, except i had to wait a very long time at the bar to be served. Like i was invisisble.

Came in on a cruise ship for 1 day, had lunch here at the Reef Hotel.., We had a group and everyone enjoyed there lunch.. Highly recommend it....

Put me in the wrong room but changed it no problem, good pub on the ground floor, nice patio, dalby is a quiet little town but it has everyhing you would need.

Great food friendly atmosphere

The wait staff stole my drink before I'd finished and was off before I was able to get in a peep about it. We didn't appreciate them clearing the table before my friend was done eating and the live band was too loud. We had to shout over the music and no one could sit within a few tables of the band. The cauliflower pasta was a nice idea but bland though a good effort using real chicken breast in the parmi. The desserts in the cabinet looked really good so we will have to get them next time

I wish I could give it a zero star also! The absolute worst place we have ever stayed. The shiny Chinese bedspreads and the painted dragon head boards gave me nightmares! I wouldn't even pull the sheets back I got a blanket out of our car and slept on it, please don't stay there it is a pit. Oh I forgot to mention in the hallway each end of the carpet had been torn and they had used duck tape on each end! Stay at your own risk!

Doesn't look like much from outside but a very nice comfortable and clean hotel. Rooms are very well equipped and WiFi is fast.

I will address few isues: 1. For people with physical problems (wheelchairs, knee problems), this hotel might not be for you. 2. No sink in bathroom, I did not care since I shave and brush my teeths on the shower anyway. I do realize that some people will disagree. 3. My pillows (#4) were just fine and the bed was comfortable. No complains there. 4. WI-FI, Yes, it was awful, No Bueno!!! 5. Room and bath were clean. 6. Kitchen was a plus even dough I did not used. 7. No AC but my room had a ceiling fan and another portable fan. If you do not like noise, I will recommend to request rooms on the back. I slept like a baby. 8. Price was high in my opinion but when nothing else is available...well you have to pay. ( $121.00 US. dollars). Last thing that I feel need to be address, front desk (night shift) need some training smiling and making customers welcome. The lady on the morning was very sweet. I hope this will help. What a cozy beautiful bed and breakfast! The lady was very welcoming and friendly.

Of all the motels we could have stayed at in Watson lake, this may have been the best. It was quiet and safe and roomy. Not the cleanest, not modern, and took the prize for most rundown couch; however, the service was friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly. We stayed in the main lodge, which was rustic and full of character, with a lot of wood detail.

We stayed here one night and loved the place! The man running the place was so friendly. Really clean hotel. Well worth the money we paid.

Bed was clean and cozy, nice air flow through the room. Toilet was dirty, shower drain was clogged with hair, satellite tv didn't work. Expensive at $94.

I stayed here for 5 days. Very clean, good reception and I love it. The breakfast here is awesome, but you have to get down to the lobby very early to get best of it. Small gym and sizable swimming pool if you like to relax and get sun burns. Its also a good location to view the entire downtown.

Our room we checked into 156 our room was freezing went to turn on the heating unit an noticed a dead cockroach......my wife also noticed a living cockroach Crawling on the wall in the bathroom we called the front desk an asked for a different room an the receptionist was very friendly an gave us another room with no interference. However I noticed another review on here where someone room supposedly had bedbugs I had lifted the mattress an covers an both rooms an though I never seen any I wouldn't rule it out
