Awesome place!! The service was very welcoming, the room was very clean and the atmosphere is gorgeous! Would deffinitly come here again! They also serve breakfast and its an added bonus they are only 2-3km away from the hot springs.

Clean Comfort & fully equipment (kitchenette, bathtub) Very nice staff with very good advice/ information about traveling around BC / Alberta (esp. the best scenic spot) Near Radium hot spring that can be relax after driving all day long :D

room was very clean and the owner was super friendly! We also had very good wifi and air condition during the whole stay. Definitely would come back!!!!

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and no wifi. But well worth the price for one night. Staff was very very nice !

This motel, is clean, nicely situated, with well maintened surroundings on these promises. Absolutely value for money. My wife and children (2) agreed as well. Each day rooms nicely cleaned. We like that a lot. Not tot forget the continental breakfast included in these prices; incredible and unbeatable. Extra : WiFi in room correct and cablenetwork TV also idem, so perfect for us. Fabulous! 'My' little cabin in the woods - with a swimming pool! I hate to recommend it too highly at the risk of the prices going up or availability being jeopardized . . love it!

While the staff is amazing and the hot pools are great. The Pine Inn rooms leave little to be desired. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and no fridge or microwave. When we arrived there was also a boil water advisory. When you are so cut off from the rest of the world I would have expected at least a fridge to keep water cold and snacks fresh.

The location is great and the view from the rooms are amazing! It's up a hill and not terribly hard to get to from the main road. The rooms generally have one bed and one pull-out couch with a TV, full bath, and a balcony with a view.

Nice room, great view. The owners were very nice. Loved the breakfast that was included. Can’t wait to come back.

Pool was extremely clean breakfast was fresh and really good. Room was dead quiet couldn’t hear other guests. Great night sleep for us and our 21 month old.

Had a great stay! The hotel was very full, but still very quiet. Bed was super comfortable.

Parking leaves a bit to be desired (tiny spaces). Other then that, the rooms and hotel is beautiful and sleek. Beds are by far the most comfortable we slept on during this trip. Yummy breakfast (yay cinnamon rolls) and friendly staff. Good location. A very modern and comfortable hotel.

I've been staying here for business off & on for about 15 years now twice a month...do the math. It used to great, however the past couple of years it's been going down hill. The room I had this week was with out a doubt the most disgusting room ever. I called to request a different room & was told "I am too busy with a customer right now". It was late & I had no choice but to stay in that room. So I must tell all my colleagues not to waist money here & I will never return. Sad thing is, another HI is opening up a block away. They will finally see a drop in business. Absolutely disappointing.
