I got my Home as well as Auto Insurance from Cowan with the assistance of Dave Brueckner. Excellent service is the least I can say. Dave has been very prompt, elaborate and patient. Though I am from Insurance background from India, I am new to Canada and I had very little knowledge on how Insurance works here. Dave made it seem so simple. He has guided me at every step and his knowledge and zeal to help and impart his knowledge is exceptional. I was an intern with Advocate this past summer and I have to say its an amazing place to work. Their strong sense of community and dedication to their clients is apparent both in the office and in their community.

They are an insurance broker that doesn't do any work for you, I was driving around for over a month without insurance because they 'forgot' to tell me that my renewal was coming up. So, after forgiving them for that... which I probably shouldn't have.. it's been a few months later and another problem has come up!! I'm filing a claim and waiting for my complete loss cheque (my car was written off) I have been told by Josslin Weber st BROKER, that I (the customer) has to do all the calling and running around and emailing for my money. BUT WAIT! ISN'T THAT WHAT I PAY AN INSURANCE BROKER FOR?!?!?!?!?! I'm not impressed by their lack of professionalism, for being one of the longest running insurance brokers in this area, I'm completely shocked that they're still in business.
