Insurance Companies

Multiple websites said this location was open till 5:30, and the sign in stores says 5. An employee opened the door and told me they closed at 5:30 which would have given me 8 minutes, but they actually closed at 5. Seems like even the employees don't know what time they close. I guess I'm going 1 more day without a working debit card...

Absolutely the worst company in the name of insurance. It took these incompetent people 3 months to take a vehicle off my policy after I stated and signed off multiple times that I did not have the vehicle no longer- was trying to get me to pay insurance for a car I did not have. I went in an signed off on everything and they still were too incompetent to take it off my policy saying that they didn't receive anything from me (bold face lie!). Sure enough, I started recording all conversations I was having with these people. On top of that, they jacked my rates (no claims or tickets whatsoever) claiming that they were giving me discounts in which they shouldn't have. Talk about treating your clients well. They are extremely difficult to deal with and I highly suggest to stay away from these guys (this branch specifically). The only positive thing I can say is that All State offers something cool that nobody else offers which is a "disappearing deductible". So for every year you don't make an at-fault claim, they kick $100 off your deductible. My deductible was $500 originally but being two years without any at-fault claims, my deductibles went down to $300. Still, this wasn't enough to keep me as a client. They jacked my rates because of their incompetents and just couldn't offer anything to keep me. I've never experienced such horrendous customer service from an insurance company. Simply the worst. Sorry All State, I'm a very reasonable and understanding person but you guys just flat out suck. I'm going in right now to cancel my home and auto policies. I got a way better rate with somebody else and I'm sure their customer service will be better too.

Only choice

Terrible service by John. He didn't even want to give me the time of day to gather any facts on my driving record or age. He immediately dismissed me and didn't even give me quote. Still shocked at the treatment.

Horrific experience!!!

Awful wait times, typically on the phone for 20-30 minutes waiting before you get through. Often the service agents aren't capable enough to handle your questions in one phone call and promise to call back and never do. I've had 3 different agents confirm they would call me back and 0 of them have. They also gouge customers on pricing. I phoned one local broker who's quote came back at $1700 less per year for the same insurance on two vehicles and one tenant. There is absolutely no redeeming quality to using Marsh.

I'm very happy with the service I receive. My broker Hoang is always friendly and courteous. Does not ever make me feel pressured and is very accomodating and welcoming.

We bought out insurance policies from Ned several years ago and it was a good interaction. Sadly, we've tried numerous times to reach him leaving our different phone numbers and email addresses and despite at least 8 attempts, not one voicemail or email was responded to. Not at all what I expected from him. I'd understand it if those messages were left over the course of a week but this was over the course of over a month..

Worst service you can get. Never changed my account information. Never cacelled my policy when i asked. Never return calls. Had to call insurance company directly. Dont waste your time with them!!

Excellent customer service! I've been insuring my goods through The Co-operators in Rockland for over a year now and couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They take the time to answer any questions and thoroughly review your policies in order to make sure you have the proper coverage in case of a misfortune. Definitely worth contacting upon renewal for a quotation.
