I've been a client for almost ten years and I always get fast and courteous service. And the rates are great too. I would definitely recommend them!

I got e-mailed term life insurance quotes from a ton of Canadian life insurance companies. I called them and said I wanted the cheapest rates and I applied right away. Andrew delivered the policy to me when it came in a couple of weeks later. Super easy and friendly, I would recommend them to anyone looking for life insurance.

Recently I have sold my house and moved in the new house which is lot less expensive than my old house. When I call and change the address and told them the old house is sold and please update the new address. The renewal came 5 months later still under my old address which is much more house value than the new house. They have charging me 5 months under the old house value before they corrected to the new house. I didn't get credit back and each time is a change they charge $10 fees. They have change 3 times of my policy which is not my mistakes. Please look at your bill each time you change something.

I've had multiple issues with this company specifically. Because of my irregular pay dates I would occasionally ask them to push the date which they would always forget to do, so not only would they still take out the money but it would bounce (they charge $50. for it) and then my bank would charge me $90.00 and then they'd try again charging me which would be another $50. Ontop of that, as a level G licensed driver of over five years with only one accident (highway pile up due to weather conditions, no front end damage to my car, OPS declared I was not at fault) they would use that as a threat to stay with them and tried to underbid me on what was covered. My rate rarely went down after five years and I had very small coverage for what I was paying (a driver of 10+ years with one accident, G licensed for over 5 of those years should not be paying $121 a month) Finally, on my fifth year of being with this company, suddenly they had "pay information issues"and forgot to charge me for FOUR MONTHS. I tried calling their HO and every office I could find to rectify the situation the first month but they never got around to fixing it.... four months later I get a bill asking for about $600.00 ontop of my regular bill. When I called them the most I could talk them down to was paying an extra $60 a month to pay that "debt" off. Once I realized how ridiculous it was that I was paying for THEIR mistake I TRIED to fix immediately and asked that the funds be taken off as no one "loans car insurance" they NEVER got back to me. Doing the math this month just before I finally switch companies I actually see they may have overcharged me this month as that debt should've been cleared off in October/November area. Seriously, do not go with this company, I wouldn't call them a scam just seriously, insanely, incompetent.

I'm happy with their service and their ability to resolve matters.

They are cheaper in some cases but when you need them you're pretty much left high and dry. Had an accident, and was pretty much left to fend for myself. Seems to be most people's experience on here.

The Retiree Representative Donna is rude and disrespectful she needs sensitivity training and has no business dealing directly with customers.

C'est des voleurs j'ai une assurance invalidité pour automobile avec eu je suis blessés depluis 3ans invalide a travaillé je ne peux plus marché il on jamais voulue me payer il on dit qu'il allait me rembourser mes assurance a la place de payer ma voiture vue que sa leur coûte moins chere il on fait sa a 2 de mes amis aussi la j'attends de recevoir leurs remboursement sa fai 5mois et je nes jamai rien reçus encore je les appelle tout les moi et il me dise que il on fait des erreurs envoyer le cheque au mauvais adresse datendre quil vont me l'envoyer .. NE FAIIITEEE PAS AFAIRE AVEC industriel alience!!!!!!!!
