Great customer service! Went above and beyond expectations!

John from All-Risks really pulled through for one of my clients. Two at faults and he still came in under $1200/year cheaper than anyone else. Will definitely be using him for my clients who have less than stellar driving history.

This company changed my life in a very positive way.

I have tried calling this broker now twice. First time I was on hold for 18 mins, and had to hang up to take another call. I am now on hold again and have been now for another 10 mins and counting. They have the worst on hold system greeting as well. The person talking sounds like they are mumbling and you can't hear or understand what they are saying, then it comes on in a French version as well. When the music comes on it is super loud. This whole process is super annoying and all I want to do is contact a broker!! Best part is leaving me on hold this long I have been able to send out this review. If you don't have to use them don't bother. I would hate to have an emergency.

Crooks. Go to lowest rates . ca for way better rates. When i switch from intact i started payibg less then half the amount

Terrible company, won't return phone calls, deliberately and sneakily change policies to make it useless, lie to and avoid their customers. They may be the least expensive choice in some situations but what does that matter if they refuse to honor their policies? Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Contrary to the other reviews, I experienced folks that were easy to talk to, polite and very knowledgeable about what to do. They were quick to process my claim (that was an accident that I was not at fault) and it was quickly resolved. They assured me my premium will not go up (which is still yet to be seen but I have faith) and they are covering the damage done to my vehicle.

I have been with Omni for 2 years for my vehicle insurance and so I was excited to further the business relationship by getting small business insurance through them. I had previously found a dog grooming insurance quote and so I contacted Omni to see if they could match the policy or find something better. Dan got back to me with "essentially the same policy, just a little more but at least its not from a company in Toronto" was what I was told. He went over the gist of the policy but didn't let me read anything until I got my copy in the mail. After I got my copy a few days later, it turned out to be General Contractor Insurance that didn't cover pets or vet bills or anything pertinent to my needs. I called Dan on a monday and he said he would look in to it and let me know the next day. waited...waited... called friday, he said he had nothing and would send me a cancellation. Meanwhile, there is a hold Brokers have over quotes so he has not released it so I can get proper coverage. I am a small business owner and operator so a lot is riding on this. I feel he didn't care about me because he wasn't going to make a big buck off me and the customer service was quite lacking. I tried calling other people in the company and they deferred me to him again and again. I would not recommend this company.

We love Justine and her staff. They do little things that make a big difference, for instance, Justine is willing to make home visits at 7pm to optimize our plans because that was the only time we could meet. Moreso, she's happy and cheerful when she shows up even though it's late and she has a young family at home. However, we never really appreciated just how fantastic they were until we had to make an insurance claim. They will guide and support you through the entire process and they really care. When we needed to make our claim, it was because of some really difficult health issues and the last thing we could handle at that time was fighting with an insurance company. Having Justine and her team on our side during the claims process was priceless. They coordinated everything for us and the whole claim was effortless - a very different experience than what my parents went through the MD management. We can't say enough good things about this place.
