Hi everyone I'm thinking about opening TFSA with SLF but unfortunately I've read many bad reviews .Is it all truth? Question for Wade Mccallum.What is MER? I had investments with TD and I"ve lost lot's of money.How did you get 9% with TD? Thanks

Positive claims experience during a stressful situation. Handled everything as expected and quickly.

I have been working with AIL London since August of this year. In that time not only have I made a very satisfactory income, but I have also met some wonderful people, including Brian Traboulay, Ryan Bisanz, Richard, Mike, Meaghan and all the other people who work their tails off to make this the best place to work in Southwestern Ontario. I'll be in for the long haul, because there's no place I'd rather be working.

I would stay clear from this insurance company. The staff are rude - there's no accountability whatsoever. I've been with them for 10 years, clean record no claims and recently moved to BC and had to be ICBC provincial insurance. Called to cancel my policy which was renewed a month ago. And paid for the month on November and they told me that I had to pay an additional $121.00 to cancel on top of the current month paid. They compared the charge to cell phone companies do the same thing - which we all know is a final cash grab. We all know how evil insurance companies are but Johnson /unifund is the worst to deal with.

Checked this place out, man I have a problem with trusting these crooked sly sales people!

I am a young driver under 25 and I drive a leased VW Jetta. Price and coverage were important to me and this was my first time getting insurance on my own. Sandra Willis and Casey Haas really worked hard to get me the best rate possible. They explained everything to me and went over all the coverages I may need. I feel really comfortable that I am well protected, for the best rate. My parents use Haas for our business, house and auto coverage. As a young driver I would highly recommend them for first timers!!

I've had the most amazing experience with Ontario west. Their team always goes above and beyond when it comes to my questions or requests. Whenever I have a concern they get back to me almost immediately and I hardly have to lift a finger. I cannot thank them enough for making my experience with my home and car insurance flawless!

Friendly staff

I've been a client for 20+ years. The people there are very friendly. Kathryn is in business to sell, however she always looks out for her clients needs present and future. When I totaled my van, the staff in office were amazing, and corporate in Canada worked with agents and corporate in the USA! It was like a miracle, not nearly as much paperwork as I feared, and more concern for my welfare than expected! I felt like the individuals and the corporation actually cared! The diligence and attentive customer service often feels less like a financial arrangement, and more like an interaction with extended family.
