I dealt with Mike Lavoie and have nothing but good things to say about he handled my investment. Txs again.

There was a huge discrepancy between the quote I received online and on the phone. The broker refused to accept the online quote though the parameters were the same and the quote was received through their own website. I even sent all the details of the quote received including screenshots. Inspite of that they wouldn't accept a quote.

I was shopping around for over a year with my car off the road! They gave me the best rate and the best service I could find any where! They take forever to call you back... get your voice mails and still don't call you back... then give you attitude... not impressed at all.

I have been with Dermody Insurance for over 20 years, Dan is a wonderful person to deal with and gives that personal touch. He is always looking out for your needs, when you are in a situation.

I have applied for insurance over a week ago, with still no response from the broker regarding my application (or receipt thereof). Upon calling, I was assured that my application would be processed "that day" and have not yet heard from him/her since. To not even acknowledge receipt of my application, let alone process it, leads me to believe the person(s) working at this firm are incapable of handling the workload and, potentially, incompetent in his/her job(s).

So far this place has given me the best insurance prices compared with others. It's much cheaper if you have 2 or more vehicles insured with then. Their staffs are also friendly and helpful.

Great office to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and family for any insurance needs.

Due to privacy I am not sharing name, but if brokerage disagree, I will post all emails. They issue policy, then after the payment and in-force for a month, they increased amount, with a lame excuse. In quote they have wrong address, corrected and they confirmed by email, but after 5 months policy cancellation notice got by email as they were sending to wrong address. For husband-wife policy they made error and put husband single, again sent email, they confirmed in writng it is fixed, but after 5 months when called they mentioned same who is married and single on policy. Email the president, vice president multiple times, they just ignored after first reply that they will look into this, no out come or even they did not bother to acknowledge the emails and fault.
