These insurance people really know their job. They put their time, skills and market experience to find whatever option fitting your needs. Newcomers to Canada welcome. Don't get sunk by your first quote.

Lack of service. I had called to organize canceling my insurance policy and everything was ok at this point. We prepared documents to submit my wife called (2 weeks later) guy gives her a hard time all she wanted was the fax number to send over the paperwork. Treatment she recieved becuase we were canceling our policy due to fact car wasn't running anymore. He said why do I care your canceling. I am big on treating all cleints with class. I never have written a review for anything. NOT IMPRESSED don't recommend to anyone.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I called in to say that I'm picking up my new vehicle and need insurance confirmation. I waited and waited and nothing (3 hours). Long story short the dealership closed and I had to call into head office and pick up my vehicle the next day. Great customer service Jelysa Delgado 👌. I hope this was worth loosing a good customer.

Had claim free home insurance for 20 years. Premium increased this year by 16% so I called to find out why. After going through grilling about things that no longer existed when the house was built such as oil tanks, we went onto new metal roof and furnace which are supposed to lower the premium. It turns out the premium would be going even higher because the metal roof costs more to replace. Needless to say, I am shopping for new insurance. This would have been a zero star review but since the rep was polite and only doing her job I didn't feel right to rate her low. The problem is not the employee, it's the company. So for those of you proud of installing home improvements that should lower your premiums, beware.
