15 years paying claims, treated like garbage.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Redirecting us to head office all the time. Didn't get my paper invoice for more than a half year. Found insurance $80 cheaper monthly. That's what you get for being loyal with them for 6 years.

I had a pleasant experience dealing with Miranda, their insurance account representative. I called many insurance companies to get a quote, and Miranda was the best among all representative I talked with. She answers all my questions patiently, and explain everything what is covered and what's not. I would highly recommend Miranda if you are getting quote insurance from this Insurance agent.

I have never been treated worse by a company in my life. They assigned an adjuster named Tarun Verma. He is completely useless and could barely speak English for that matter. For two weeks straight I called him leaving messages with no response. By the time he did respond my rental coverage had already expired. They sent more useless supervisors to help other then one lady named Briana who actually did try to help but at this point it was too late. No one other then her will ever get back to you. I am now in the process of starting up legal action against their company. They do not do business in good faith

I had bought Travel insurance from AAA Sun Insurance and needed to claim it. The team at AAA sun insurance was excellent, Rena and Tahir are the most helpful people I've ever come across and my claim was processed so easily with no trouble at all and they were constantly keeping me updated. Now I will also be getting my auto and tenant's insurance from them -they are my one stop shop for all my insurance requirements. Thanks AAA sun insurance!

After hearing Atto commercial on Newstalk 1010, I called them on June 6, 2017 at about 12:30 hrs. for an auto and home insurance quote. The receptionist directed me to an agent and I was put on hold and tortured with the repeated automated message (paraphrased), "Thank you for calling Atto". After a while the receptionist came on line stating that the agents were busy and that someone would call me back. Nobody did until the end of the company's business day. "Atto, not auto" are the key words in their commercial on the radio. Now, neither Atto nor auto or home at all.

Great people to work with. I'm not sure what Jesspreet from Dec 4, 2020 was talking about, but Manni has represented me for years covering car insurance and renters insurance and he has been nothing but A1.When i was initially purchasing a car, I would text and call him for an approx. rate and he would always answer and have time.

After 6 years I decided to switch from this office and I'm saving $130 a month. They are scammers.
