Due to a death in the family I've recently had to deal with Butler M Insurance Ltd and I will say I'm impressed. The lady who answers the phone has the most pleasant voice and demeanor. John Butler is a pleasure to speak and deal with. He's great at explaining and clarifying on any questions or concerns a customer could have. In person the team is as personable and pleasant as well as eager to serve as they are on the phone. I now completely understand why the rest of my family have been committed customers for many many years. Now that I've experienced Butler they're at the top of my list when I'm looking in the very near future to obtain new insurance.

Mark has been amazing since day one. When we moved to Niagara Falls he has helped us with renters insurance, and just recently into house insurance for our first house. His service is second to none! Even when we were paying only $13/month Mark knew our names, our jobs, who we are, and where we are in life. With this office you are NOT just a number. To top it off they are always fast, responsive, and up front with everything they do. When we bought our first house we had no idea how many things would be on the 'to do' list. Mark and State Farm were the one thing on the list that went smoothly. He communicated with our lawyer and was always one step ahead of us, completing tasks before we even knew they were needed. Honestly, we didn't even shop around because from day one at $13 for renters insurance we knew that there would be no better customer service out there. They earned my money, and my trust.

We have been dealing with FENA for a couple of years now and have had excellent service. There have been several policy changes due to changing vehicles, RV etc. and all were dealt with exceptionally well. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service. The woman I spoke with had an extremely rude attitude and was not helpful at all, which leads me to believe my business was unwanted. Good thing I received better service and price elsewhere. I will make sure my friends and family shop elsewhere for their insurance needs.

Wao! This place has pretty much all the insurance companies available! The broker I spoke to place me with Intact. bUt that choice is great here

Seems to be shared location for service Ontario. I walked in and turned around and left. I am not sure if it was because of tourist season or people getting in line for license renewal. Save yourself the grief go to Thorold CAA nicer office and plenty of parking. The parking lot looked like an accident waiting to happen.

I have been a customer for many years and have been completely satisfied with everything they have done for me. All the staff are friendly and truly care about me as a person, making me feel like part of their family as well as completely at home every time i walk through the door . i recommend them 100% , all my insurance needs are worry free and will remain a lifetime customer. Overcharged me for years for an accident that wasn't even my fault. Made me feel like I was stuck in a corner. Luckily for me I hooked up with another broker who took the time to review my situation and show me several differant companies that could offer me a fair price.

This company is one of the WORST companies I ever dealt with!! Very dishonest, unprofessional, unorganized, and very shady!! I dealt with the kitchener branch (Josie Bourre) was who I was dealing with and was very rude, dishonest, and very unorganized when dealing with my insurance issues. I’m very fortunate that I only had auto insurance. They couldn’t even handle that. I can just imagine what a nightmare it would have been for me if I had other types of insurance through them. I diggest you look elsewhere and save yourself the stress and problems I had when dealing with this company and it’s staff.

I have been a State Farm Insurance holder for over 3o years and the service keeps getting better. Cassandra in the Niagara Falls office was so efficient the other day I had to write a review. I made a request that I figured would take a couple days and it was processed before i got off the phone. I was amazed that while i was telling her who I was she already pulled up my account and knew who I was and what insurance I already had. Kudos to this branch and the people who work there - I would never go anywhere else for my insurance
