Dealing with great office staff Joanna, very professional and knowledgeable! Saved my family lots of money! I would recommend them to my friends and family for any insurance needs!

I have been with belairdirect for a few years now and I have been happy with their services up until about a month ago. My family and I moved from Bowmanville Ontario to Oshawa Ontario, 2 towns over from Bowmanville. Belaidirect raised my insurance as expected since I was moving to a larger city, BUT it was raised $35 a month. Not only was my insurance raised drastically, but my mothers insurance (she is also with belairdirect) lowered. When we confronted belairdirect about the price difference for two people with the same company who live in the same home, they simply could not answer our questions as to why my mothers insurance went down and mine went up. Belairdirect was no help, they could not back up their reasoning's as to why my insurance was raised so high and why my mothers had gone down when mine went up. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Very happy with this company, especially with my broker Gazelle Ghajar. Highly recommend going to her first before other companies, especially if you're deemed high risk. Thanks again for being awesome. Have a fantastic day.

Excellent service . I moved from the Niagara region to Mississauga and my prior insurance company quoted me an absurd ammout. $600 more than my normal monthly premium. I met with"both" Megans , they were very detailed and professional and the best part was that my premium was less than what I was paying included was my renters insurance. I highly recommend :)

An absolute lack of respect for customers!

Tried raising my quote by 1500 after we signed the agreement and I picked up my car. Had to completely put my life on hold to fix the dumb issue they started. DO NOT go to Aviva. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MINE, I BEG YOU.

Not happy with Certas. Run more professional when owned by State Farm. The people running this organization need to develop people skills. Will be looking for another insurance provider.

They leave you on hold for 20 min and hang up

They doubled my rate because they said every year policies increase... really?... I'll take my business elsewhere...
