Sean's the bomb, knowledgeable, true to his word and a pleasure to deal with!

The floor manager Rick is one of the hardest working people I've ever seen. And knowledgeable in pretty much everything. Best hardware store guy ever.

The folks that work there are always friendly & knowledgeable.

Friendly staff. Very helpful, and they have pretty much everything I need for renos

Good electricans

I want to thank Jordan and Shawn. We were there today for a phone number change and Jordan helped us through it all. Both Jordan and Shawn went above to try to find a screen protector for the phones. I was very impressed with the level of service we found. I would recommend Ottos to anyone. Their employees are phenomenal

Love hometown service

Just loaded with needed items

Good service, always help when I have questions.

Good community hardware store

Great local small business! #shopsmall

The store Hacienda Lighting has many stylish options for light fixtures, sconces, and chandeliers. Stock is laid out in a lovely open fashion, and staff were helpful. Good deals going on right now because this location is moving.

Good help. Large selection.

Grosse Auswahl an Werkzeug und Baumaterialien. Ich war schon selbst dort und habe mir Material besorgt.

Great place, I’m here all the time do to the convienient location / hours. I made it there 7mins before close tonight and felt like I really put Christopher out of his way. Terrible customer service, banging the cart around and cursing like i’m a huge inconvenience.. sorry guys, I’ll try not spend money here anymore when I don’t have to.
