Nice place with quick service

Has not paid Suppliers for over 3 years . One Supplier Is owed over $4000 . Strong Chance of having your Home Liened form any Product from this Store from Unpaid Suppliers

I've enjoyed shopping at a few other Home Depot locations and they have always been very helpful, courteous, pleasant and respectful, until I visited the Duncan location. I asked the cashier to call a wood cutter for me and she proceeds to tell me that every cut will cost me $1. Even though I have never been charged before in other locations and their website even states "cut to size for free". I mentioned this and she became abrasive and curt. I was being nice, and was only stating what I know. She took it as a personal attach on her authority. So I decided to leave and check out Home Hardware Lumber. I had never shopped there before and I was pleasantly surprised. They gave me a better deal on the same wood and didn't charge me for any cuts. When I got home, I went to Home Depot's website and filled in a feedback form. A few days later, I received a generic email from the "assistant" manager telling me to call him to chat. I informed him that I don't have a phone because I am hearing impaired and that emailing would be the best form of communication. I never got a reply. I guess the manager didn't want to deal with silly "feedback" to he passed it on to his "assistant"...who also didn't care about silly "feedback" either. The interesting thing is, that I didn't even originally request them to contact me. I just wanted head office know about that location's poor service and that they lost a customer and that customer's friends, co-workers and family members. It wasn't a threat. It just makes more sense to endorse a Lumber company that his the cheapest and best service in town. I just wanted to give constructive feedback to that location, so they can use it to better themselves, but they made it worse by showing me how apathetic their management team is in Duncan.

Terrible hours and too often out of stock on items. Service is friendly but can be a bit slow at times.

Huge kudos out to Carla! Thanks to her diligent assistance we built our 10" x 12" deck ourselves from start to finish. When we ran into a really frustrating snag at the end with the gazebo at the end Carla sprang into action and she calmed us down and helped us figure out exactly what the problem was. Deck is done and beautiful! Thanks Carla we couldn't have done it without you :)

Nice store with helpful staff. Store itself is a little small but it's packed with everything you need.

I always enjoy going to Home Depot. They have fair prices, good selection and knowledgeable staff that are there to help.

Small location with not the best varity but the staff is friendly and try to help.

Should be E.B. Horse thieves and sons. Prices here are 20 to 30 percent higher then you can buy at the Home Depot a few Blocks away. Unfortunately I had already ordered and paid for my parts before I seen the breakdown on my bill. When I mentioned it to the guy that took my order that a breaker was 20$ more here than Home Depot, he just shrugged. Not getting anymore of my business !!

Accent LED Lighting did our family home this Christmas Season. They were truly a wonderful company to use. Very friendly, outstanding customer service and walked us through all our options and went above and beyond answering all our silly questions.
