DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE! Was told it would be $250 to ship an item. We dropped off the item and we then got a call it was going to be $550 to ship. Also, the people who work there really don't know what they're doing. Very unprofessional.

I am not one to complain, but I feel it is necessary. I gave two stars only because, Paul, was timely when coming to our home. When he arrived he was very rude. He made it extremely clear that we were a huge inconvenience to him. There was not one point during his visit that I felt comfortable. I understand it is never fun to get called after 'work hours', but that is his job, do not take it out on a paying customer. The issue was also something that the previous locksmith that works here did incorrectly. If it was something that was our fault, I would take the blame and not even take the time to write this review. I will be going somewhere else if this happens again unfortunately. It is never fun for someone to question how you do things in your own home, that is none of their business. Come over, do the job, be respectful, and leave. Easy.

Not the friendliest bunch for sure. Although they were very nice and helpful to the lady that came in AFTER me. They were reluctant to get up and actually see what I needed. I pointed out I needed new pins for two different cylinders (which I placed on the counter), showing that I had two different size old pins on a keyring so they could match what I needed easier. With barely a grunt he grabbed my stuff and went to the back. Never quoted a price or anything. Came back with a small bag, " that's all you need" and rang me up. Only then was I told the price. Which although not unreasonable, was a bit on the steeper side. It wasn't until I got home I find they gave me the wrong pins. They were clearly the wrong size. Had to go back and again they were super friendly and eager to help a lady in there, but were fairly unenthused about helping me. In the end I DID get what I needed from them, but I will look for better service elsewhere. If you are female I'm sure you'll get the most friendly and prompt service. But they are getting 2 stars and one less returning customer from me.

Lost the key and fob to my vehicle. This was a chip key; when I called the dealership I was told I’d have to flat-bed it there and wait a couple days for the appointment. I called Auto Lock late on a Sunday afternoon and within the hour the technician unlocked the car and created a chip key on site. Very fast service and all in about $300. I’m extremely happy with this company and how my request was handled. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast service from a knowledgeable/experienced crew. Thanks for everything, Dr Auto Lock team!
