Locksmith

Our new office was almost done. We contracted Certified Locksmith Coquitlam to create a master key system for us. The representative that we talked to was very friendly. The overall experience of hiring them to do the work was pleasant and most of all, the master key system works well.

Always very quick and helpful.

Wonderful locksmith, opened our roof rack box when we lost the key, saved our trip.

Experienced, reasonable prices, helpful.

Locksmith Richmond BC’s technician came in a few hours after I gave them a call. He took care of the lock installation in my new house and got the job done really fast. I was so lucky to get an excellent service at a very good rate.

Went here a few months ago asking for re-keying of my residential doors and potentially new locks altogether. Apparently this was not lucrative enough for the company as I was told they were busy. Staff took down my name and phone number and stated that they would contact me. Didn't hear a thing, not a single phone call. Hey guys, just a tip, when people come to you for residential services, they are likely concerned with the security in their home. Went with Mr Locksmith Richmond who were outstanding who's motto might as well be "no job too small". Thanks guys for ignoring this small job. Actions (or in your case "no action") speaks louder than words. If you guys don't care or are "too busy" to do small little residential jobs, then stop advertising residential services on your website.

I called at 7:30 am after locking myself out. Was greeted in a very pleasant and understanding way. Even though it was too early for the technicians to be out, I was told one would call ASAP. It was less than 10 minutes later when I got the call. Luckily, I had managed to track down my spare keep with the strata council so I cancelled the call out, but based on that level of service, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I needed to (hopefully during business hours!!). Thank you so much.

I had an issue with a suitcase lock, and they dealt with it very creatively and solved the problem. Very clever, fair price, and personable service!

They are a great business. Even if they are only open on weekdays they know what they are doing and get it done efficiently and right. They made a spare key for my 2005 ford 500 when I only had one and did it cheaper then around town and even my dealer forwarded them to me. I also got a old lock box key replaced and they did it at a very reasonable rate. Next week I'm going to go get my new tool box re Keyes as it is a second hand one and I'm sure it will be done swiftly.

We were driving south with our friends from Dease Lake to Meziadin Provincial Park in Northern BC (part of a road trip from Surrey to Dawson City in the Yukon) and their trailer lost a wheel, all the lugs were severed off. No cell service, 120 kms from the nearest service. By coincidence, the Pronto flatbed truck drove past about 30 minutes after it happened and we flagged him down. He was on his way north to Whitehorse for a job so couldn't tow our friends to our destination in the opposite direction, but he as a courtesy got them off the road into a nearby rest stop which we were super grateful for (we were able to fix the trailer ourselves the next day). We met up with a number of other friends in a different caravan (a big group of us went to Whitehorse) at Meziadin and it turns out this same Pronto truck also helped someone in their group that same day who broke a spring on their trailer. He generously loaned them some heavy duty straps and tied up the springs so the trailer could be driven to Terrace for repairs. What incredible service and empathy they showed to us. Thank you!

Very happy with the service! I never had to use locksmith service before and I didn’t know what to expect, but this guys they are professionals, I got the service as fast as possible and by fast I mean the guy was here last than an hour he worked fast and after short time I could drive my car again! Big thanks to Eli he saved my day!!! 👏🏻🙏🏻

Cheap and quick

I felt comfortable having Frank re-key my locks since he was local and his demeanour on the phone was professional. I had originally called Fast Locksmith first but they so sketchy that I wasn't comfortable trusting them. When I mentioned this to Frank he showed me what a Locksmith Lisence looks like so that I can protect myself in the future. As a single mom I appreciate doing business with trustworthy individuals.
