I love training at Wasatch, The gym just has a very positive/uplifting vibe to it. Coaches are great people who are willing to work with you. Great environment for people of any age!

Professor Ben is a great Jiu Jitsu instructor. Very fluid and detailed in his teaching. He helps build confidence and character. Great guy on and off the mats. One of the best out there in my opinion...

My kids are taking the classes and love it. Mike is great and makes them focus so they get something out of the class. He cares about the kids and it has a great environment.

I am only rating 5 star as fair because of Rachel Andersen, She's amazing! Well before 5 star was even created. Troy turner was my instructor, I was very intimidated at first. My dad insisted I try it and I quickly fell in love with the style of kempo he taught at the time. He told me a whole lot of things that I really liked. He was the center of my universe. He had to be the best instructor I ever had. Soon after Skyler Adams joined. He had to be the biggest egotistical human being I had ever met in my life time. He was an enormous bully and I had some serious problems. But because I wanted to prove my self to Troy, so when Skyler joined the academy I did to. This was instruction on how to be an instructor. Things went well at first then the studio started to fail. Troy was put under a whole lot of pressure, then he would get phone calls from his higher ups who paid him. It was almost immediately after every phone call that he would yell at me to get down to his office. I ran just in time to be yelled at for not working hard enough: when I felt like I was working, and doing %30 of everything in that studio, all at the age of 14. Then I would work harder. He quickly became stand off-ish toward me and started favoring skyler. Things got really screwy and Troy left after two years of filling my head with lies and false hope. I soon lost faith in him and he tried to manipulate us even out of the picture. Skyler and rachel both didn't start teaching in 2009. That is an out right LIE!!! Rachel started at the end of 2010 almost 2011. Me and Skyler both started 2 yrs ago in 2011. And judging by how those dates were manipulated, it seems fair in my eyes to guess that troy's dates are a bit off too. Other needed facts: Skyler Adams and his family the Mortensens ALL REEK. They look and smell like they've never been taught proper hygene. ( However I haven't seen them in 6 months.) Skyler Adams always tried to blame me for everything. Skyler Adams got his black belt in 1yr and 6 months Troy Turner was always late to open the studio and watched NETFLIX all day instead of working. USSD also has proof of several illegal activities happening from troy, mainly Jealous VANDALISM. Troy Turner told me he's mentally psycotic!! Also that if he doesn't take his medications everyday he would be hauled off to jail. Troy turner left our system as a black belt first degree. Now he's promoted himself to 4th or 5th degree black belt. I didn't find out until later but what troy turner did to me was considered verbal ABUSE. Rachel I have nothing against. She's an amazing teacher who was an amazing mentor for me. Rachel Andersen you're Rock!!! If anyone is going to go to 5 star then go for Rachel. If anyone is ever going to go to 5 star, Search every instructor there and do your research. Troy is very good with his tounge so don't let him talk you out of it, and if he does that just proves that he has something to hide. I am only rating 5 star as fair because of Rachel Andersen, She's amazing!

I have four words for you, it changed my life. That is how I feel when I look back on my years of training with the Sil Lum Kung fu Kwoon. I have learned so much while being apart of this martial arts school, not just about martial arts but about myself as well. I have also made many close friends that I wouldn't trade the world for, I would go to hell and back for them and I know they would do the same for me. When I first started training with Si Gung Bill Smith and Si Fu Damian Snyder I had no idea what I wanted to do with my future, this kung fu school taught not only martial arts but also service to the community. It was through this service and the examples of a few senior students that made me come to the conclusion that I wanted to serve the community as a career. I don't know where I would be without this school, all I know is that it profoundly changed my life and I will always be glad to have friends there who I consider to be a second family.

Best Martial Arts School I have ever been to. I was able to keep my weight down and learn some amazing history. I would easily go back to this location. Smartest decision I have ever made attend here.

The instructors are so helpful and great at what they do. They really care about you and your success. They push you when you won't or can't push yourself. They make you want to come back every single day. They encourage you to believe in yourself. And it's real, it's sincere. They really care about you. It's not just a place to show up, workout, go home. It's a place full of amazing people. The support and encouragement is something you won't find at the big box gym. They are like family to me. I have lost over 20 pounds and continue to excel. I love going there to be a better me, and to workout with some of the best people in St. George! Come check it out, you won't be disappointed.
