My son has gone here for about a year and enjoys it very much. Sensei Bill is excellent with the kids.

Love it here!! I made a lot of new friends and always have a blast. Everyone is so nice and the way Sensei explains the training is easy to understand.

I started training at this school back in 2005 for 7 years earning my black belt along with my two brothers and father. This school not only teaches you martial arts, self defense and the respect for the art, but also true core values for life. I can honestly say that I would not be the man I am today. The instructors are amazing and truly care for and help the students on their journey. Basically if you're looking for a great Martial arts school look no further.

I am very happy with their services and the equipments they have and despite of everyone saying bad things about their facility not being clean this is not my view. I normally go early in the morning and see a cleaning lady always working and on top of that I do my share of cleaning the equipments after I use them and I do see a lot of members doing the same. Yes some of the personal trainers can be not so friendly (maybe the reason we are seen some new faces) I really recommend Aidan (he's awesome) and Matt is very friendly and helpful. Alex the Director went extra miles to ensure I get the right information and attention needed. I always get smile and a good morning from the receptionists. I won't give 5 stars because I never used their pool and sauna yet so I can speak on that. I really like the environment there.

My 8 year old daughter started the premier martial arts program about 3 months ago. She started as shy and insecure little girl and has made huge progress in the last few months to become strong and confident person excited to go to class and take on new challenges, in and out of the dojo. I highly recommend this program!! Thank you so much Paul!

This is a no frills type of facility, very basic gym however the Fit Factory class leader is amazing and motivates very well. The only problem & major problem with this place is the lack of attention to detail, website has outdated schedule, they never respond to emails or phone calls, and the hours of the gym are not always honored. The flexibility is poor, since the gym doesn't have good equipment for a good work out on your own.

We Love MSD Kenpo ! The further we go the better it gets ! Rob instills a great blend of patience & discipline in class and the Guida's make us feel like family . The course is taught in a way that is always moving forward while leaving no one behind . I love watching my little girl shine here ! ! !

Amazing class, even for adults to keep fit and have fun. I'm more flexible then I've been in years. It's a honor to be a part of that club, and there is no politics. work at your own pace!! thank you shelburne tae kwon do!

Crossfit Barrie has changed my life! I think that CFB offers a fantastic class schedule allowing me the flexibility I need in my own schedule. The coaches are awesome and the programming is great. I really enjoy the community atmosphere and look forward to meeting new people...and the encouragement and help that you get from the coaches makes such a huge impact..especially when you are struggling and learning.I love how easy it is to bring my son along to the classes...I hope it will set a good example for him. All in all CFB has exceeded my expectations and look forward to my next 6 months!

Both my girls (Madison & Klara ) just love this dojo and their teachers. Not only are they learning martial arts but building confidence, listening skills and responsibilities that are seen at home and at school.

The most professional and friendly fitness place in Barrie. No judgements, always ready to help and a great fitness staff that makes you feel like a friend and not like a number. Would not go to any other place!!!!

So Happy with how engaged my kids were in the orientation and we are so excited for them to start the training!!
