Mortgage

There schedule is the worst ever to deal with has a contractor open 9:30 close at 5..... it's like they want to make sure you can't make it on time. It's a new business account and I already look other options.you don't know how much time and money I already lost just to go deposit a cheque...

Her expertise, knowledge, and resources expedited my mortgage above and beyond expectation. As a self employed business professional there were more challenges than I anticipated, but Roopys dedication to detail made the mortgage process seemless and effortless. I would highly recommend Roopy Toor, Independent Mortgage Specialist.

Myette went above an beyond helping me through the process of buying my first home. I had no clue about what it took to get into the real estate market, and didn't even know if it was possible for me. From start to finish, Myette and Jamie kept me informed, provided solid advice and support. Not only did she she succeed in getting a great mortgage offer and rate for me, Myette continued to share her knowledge and resources on how to upgrade my new home within my budget. During this time, Myette also help my mother get her dream retirement home. Her patience and determination is amazing. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to see my mother so happy. If you're looking for an honest and hard-working mortgage broker, I highly recommend Myette and her team.

Great friendly staff! Highly recommend Valley First !

Thank you Raza for getting our mortgage done.

Wonderful and helpful tellers. Usually rather quick, and willing to answer questions. The lineup can get rather lengthy, and often it is. But usually it's in and out in 20min at most, if it's a busy day.

These guys are simply the best! Fast, professional, reliable, and very helpful. Highly recommended.
