We had the pleasure of dealing with Rebecca for the process of buying our first home and it was absolutely excellent. Buying your first home is very stressful and you don’t know very much of anything; Rebecca was super helpful with answering all of our questions and helping us through the process. In addition to this, we were dealt multiple problems with the sellers of our home: such as refusing to let us in for an appraisal, not being flexible in the contract or certain dates, and finally not fullfiling our contract by leaving out appliances and items. Rebecca was on our side throughout these frustrating times. Our closing was even rushed with the financing, appraisal and lawyer’s and Rebecca successfully coordinated everything to close within 2 days which is unbelievable. We feel so fortunate to be in our new home and without her it wouldn’t have been possible. I would highly recommend Armitage Mortgage Group.

As a Mortgage Broker over the past many years, Premiere Mortgage has been an excellent option for clients who do not qualify for regular financing. Yes, the rates are higher than going to a regular bank, but there is a reason for that - they are taking a chance on clients that banks will not touch. Premiere can be a great "stepping stone" option to getting into a home, and then eventually qualifying to get a lower rate elsewhere. I track my mortgage clients closely, and have always had positive feedback, as it helped them achieve their goal of homeownership much sooner.
