Convenient ATM

I love this bank! Whether I drive up or walk in, I never feel like just a number, I'm always warmly greeted! I also very much appreciate the commeradery I feel between the bank employees. I really need to give a shout out to Andrea Fields as well! I had a issue with a component of the Green Checking as she was right on, keeping in touch every step of the way. She also shared the importance the entire management system put on it which really instilled a faith in me as to how much Washington Federal customers are valued! I'm a member for life!

Without going into too many details, my situation wasn't totally unique, but it did present a couple of minor obstacles. When I decided to buy a house (first time), I naturally wanted to use my personal bank for the financing. The house was a foreclosure and had been on the market for well over a year and was to be sold "as is". This is when my bank got nervous and started asking questions to my agent that had the potential to kill the deal. Recognizing the alarms, she acted quickly, suggested I not proceed any further with my bank and told me about Cheryl Lipp ... her successes and willingness to go the extra mile. After introductions, the rest is history. I cannot say enough about how Cheryl made me feel immediately comfortable and confident that everything would move forward without a hitch (although there were a couple, but not from her, nor her organizations side). However, with her knowledge, accessibility, approach to solving problems, terrific attitude, friendly demeanor ... even with the small glitches ... made the experience of buying a house a great one in the end. I've never been happier that my agent took the reigns and made the suggestion to bring Cheryl into the mix.

Rude staff

I have known Andrew for most of a decade but have always used my local bank for all my mortgage needs. In september of 2011 when my wife and I needed a mortgage, I called Andrew AND my own bank..... Dealing with Andrew was like a walk in the park. Andrew came to my home when i informed him that i wasn't comfortable scanning and emailing. He patiently listened to and answered all my concerns with this "different kind" of lending. Andrew was able to beat my own bank of 28 years in service and mortgage rate...WOW! I am SOLD on Andrew and wouldn't hesitate to repeat and refer. Our deal just closed a couple months ago. Thanks again Andrew. Robin and Nicole.

I have Enduring Power of Attorny for my father who has demtia. The manager there said they would need to call him and confirm I could access his account even after I brought in all the paperwork. The manager just kept smiling and saying "yup" to all my questions. At some point I asked if the manager had a degree in law and he replies "yup" I asked if he'd passed the bar in BC again he replied with "yup". They were unprofessional and incompetent and this branch.
