Optometrist

Excellent

Excellent eye exam and great with children! The receptionist is always very happy and informative I recommend Dr. Chung to all my friends and family!

Professional, personal and a great selection! Loved the experience

On short notice, I was able to get in quick. He was extremely helpful. Amazing staff. Thank you

Amazing just amazing there so great with my son and his glasses they saved me so much money not only that there great with kids glasses they fix them with no problem all in all best in the city thank you so much

Very helpful and friendly. Was stuck without my contacts or glasses and they managed to get me a pair of contacts after I had my optometrist fax them my prescription.

People in store polite and helpful but problems with glasses. Got the buy one pair, get one free opportunity 2 years ago. First pair frames fell apart within 18 months, 2nd pair got chip in lens after 2 years of careful handling. Wouldn't risk buying there again. Unless you buy the extended warranty you are out of luck. Glasses I have bought elsewhere have lasted way longer than 18 months to 2 years.

lousy...unresponsive...always on voicemail.

I love the quality of my eyeglasses with the high definition lenses, at such a reasonable cost! The staff were all so helpful, courteous and accommodating and went the extra mile to help me choose the perfect frame! Thank you for your help!

Front end person on counter did not acknowledge my presence or even greet me for 7 minutes. Only one other person was present in the store looking at frames. Left and went to Walmart where the service was great an eye exam was almost $40 cheaper and the same frames were half the cost.

The best place to get glasses! I bought one and got my second pair Free

A great group of talented doctors and staff. High quality testing and eye exams. Great eyewear selection.

I was really pleased with the optometrist who spent a lot of time with me and discussed the various options for glasses. I was MUCH LESS impressed with the staff. First of all, they paired me with a trainee salesperson and then left her on her own to deal with me. I knew she was a trainee because she had already screwed up once. I get that everyone needs to be trained, but come on -- at least have someone accessible to help her when she needs it. When I came out of the office with my prescription and had made my decision on what I wanted to get, she tried to talk me out of it and into progressives which I had already said I didn't want. She starts trying to tell me how progressives work, even after I said the optometrist had already explained everything to me and I had made my decision. Also, I knew she was a trainee so I was hardly going to trust what she said over the advice of the optometrist!! Then she says she had to discuss what I wanted with the optometrist -- but he was already in with his next appt. So she said she needed to discuss it with the person who's training her -- but she's with another customer. Finally I was so frustrated I just walked out. I won't be back. Lots of other places to go.

Been going for many years. Excellent care and friendly service.
