I have come to Lonesome Kitty on several occasions and there is no better place. The place is very clean, well managed and the best thing is that it is owned by someone who loves pets. She is very committed to her own pets as well as her clients' so I'm always relieved to know I can safely drop my cat there for grooming or for a hotel stay and know that he'll be cared for and loved. This is a great place and the pets facilities are spacious, clean and nice. Lots of space and a backyard too if you have a dog.

So hands on with advice. Very good product knowledge and making suggestions for suitable alternatives.

Love them. My dog loves them. Absolutely reliable, friendly, polite and overall amazing. I’ve been with a dog walking company that actually overbooked their walkers and forgot about my dog, on multiple occasions and without an apology. Meanwhile, Laura and her team are so knowledgeable about dogs and their health, well being, attitudes, everything. Plus, she owns a shop with pet food and supplies. Our dog walker would usually just drop off something if we were able to buy it from her store and charge it on the walks. Super convenient!

Lovely neighborhood petstore. They offer free deliveries and are always helpful in finding or ordering in things that you're looking for.

Great store with lots of animals and pet supplies. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy to commute to. Had everything you need for whatever pet purchases you desire.

We came in to get away from the heat with our little girl. The staff let her play with the cat in the store and were very friendly and helpful to the other patrons who required their assistance. Store is very clean and well organized.

My preferred kibble is 10% more expensive at global. Selection is hood. Services are a bonus. Customer service is great one on one but a 5 minute line up with 2 customers is sadly ridiculous.

Amazing and friendly servise. Great help when trying to find a crate for my dog.

Attended my neice's birthday party here and was pleasantly surprised. We supplied our own food and refreshments for guests, but the facility took care of decor and plates and cutlery and all of the clean up which was fantastic. The time the children got to spend with the animals was great and they were exposed to everything from rabbits, to birds to turtles.

The employees at this PetSmart are the friendliest I've ever encountered. In general PetSmart employees seem to enjoy their job quite a bit. But this one is great. Decent selection of toys, outfits, and leashes/collars. Tons of sprays, foods, etc. Great place and very friendly overall
