Pet

Large selection of animal foods and helpful staff, especiall for us part timers and/or beginners.... I always go there when my son brings his dog to town for a visit, regardless of the membership

Airdrie Puppy Pals is Amazing! We did the puppy socialization class with our German Shepherd who is a lot bigger then the rest of the pups and a little more aggressive then the other pups - Nikki was so great and patient with our dog and was always willing to answer our questions regarding training at home or tips and tricks. We loved it so much we drove from South West Calgary!

Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They have good in house cat litter to.

Our senior dogs are always treated amazingly at place 4 paws. I would never feel comfortable leaving our dogs anywhere else. Thank you!!

❌️⚠️WARNING⚠️❌️ ❌️⚠️WARNING⚠️❌️ If you love your dog, avoid this place like the plague. PURE NEGLECT. I saw right through their fake smiles and empty reassurances. They don’t provide any real report about your dog’s wellbeing just generic words, “she’s doing great,” which was clearly unbelievably false. The kennels are worse than shelters. The condition of this place merits a free stay, not the absurd fee they charge. It’s overpacked with dogs, nonstop barking, and clear signs of stress everywhere. Their so-called “privacy suite” is a flat-out lie. They do NOT follow your dog’s needs. They claim each kennel has an outdoor run, They have to manually open it, so their statement that dogs can go out anytime is completely false. I told them my dog is a rescue with a history of neglect and abandonment, and I trusted them to keep her safe and supported. Instead, I picked her up in distress , injured, bleeding, and with her voice completely gone from what must have been nonstop barking and crying.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Dog baths are also kept very clean.

Kaden in Fish and Reptiles was AMAZING super helpful and knew what he was talking about.

Excellent range of high quality foods and treats. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Staff was helpful in finding a suitable cat tree for my needs. I'd recommend this place.

Friendly staff and nice location. The store is a little small but well stocked.

Store is clean and doesn't have any odors as you enter the store like many other pet stores(especially the big ones). Staff is truly interested in animals. Fish are well cared for and not just sold to make money. They want to know your tank is ready first.

By far my favourite pet store. Very well layed out, great selection and staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help find what you're looking for or to help choose a product.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Good selection of products too.

Love this place! I have three rescues - one is deaf. Whenever we pull up to the building they almost jump out of my vehicle from excitement. I really trust this place and their staff. It also helps that they've been super patient and helpful with Duke - my high-maintenance doberman. They are extremely accommodating to all of my dogs and their needs. Dogs come home happy and exhausted from all of the playtime. Thank you!

Good

Lunch with Zayn BuBu in parking lot.

It’s the only place I ever taken my dogs. They are amazing.

We take our dog here every time she needs to be boarded. She loves the ladies who work here and always makes doggo friends. The biggest selling factor is the price. Best price around Calgary that we can find. They used to update a Facebook page with photos everyday and we loved that. Now they send photos on request, but sometimes take a while. We wish they would go back to updating photos daily.
