Not my favourite burger - found it a bit on the sweet side but I’d still recommend checking it out for the fun of it.

Best in Seattle, by far. You have to have the tasting menu though, you can't just go and have one of their wonderful plates with a glass of wine. I wish they can offer a la carte when you sit in the bar, then I can go more often.

Their dim sum is pretty much on par with Jade Garden but they have a larger dining room and free 2 hr parking. Their dinner menu is authentic and extensive. We were very impressed with their pea vines in garlic sauce (cooked to crisp but tender garlicky perfection), but their house chow mein was a little bit greasy, although the seafood was fresh and reasonably priced. I particularly recommend them for dim sum.
