My motorcycle broke down (blown clutch) just outside of town. My riding partner had that phone number to Jim's Auto Repair in his phone. Jimmy came out to get me within 10 minutes and brought me back to his shop - safe and sound. Great guy that Jimmy!

Horrible place. Guy working the front desk (if you’ve been here you know his name ) threatened us, swore, was rude. Charged 235$ for towing exactly 3 minutes away. When we asked for the break down he snapped. Then threatened us. When we told the manager she told us this is how he deals with everyone. This place is unprofessional, disgusting and have zero customer service which is what it says on their website. “ customer service driven” after reading all the reviews I see that what we experienced is the same as many. A very aggressive, ill tempered, unprofessional group of individuals. The only nice one was the guy who let me out of the gate. Don’t go here alone. Have someone come as a witness.

Got towed away when I parked at Boucherie school in a reserved stall. Was mad at first. Showed up and they treated me well and the bill was fair. Even worked with me as I am a student and don't have a ton of moola. Good crew at Deloro.

I have to say the speed with which Tim solved my Computer problems boggled my mind .
Being a senior I find computers to some degree confusing and frustrating.
Knowing this Tim made a YouTube video especially for me to watch knowing I would probably get stuck on the same problem in the future . Personally I think that’s above and beyond and I would recommend him without hesitation.
