Towing

Thanks Rob for everything tonight. Thanks for helping find the spare and getting it changed. Also for making sure that everything was done correctly. The kids and I really appreciate it.

Took great care of all my family's needs, and at a decent rate :)

Great service and great people. Very highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about how kind my driver was. I had a bad experience with another tow company who did not want to help. When the DH driver arrived he was just so reassuring and helpful . I know that due to the big snowstorm tow companies were overwhelmed but this driver did not let it affect his service.

Fast and reliable service

great deals on auto parts

Very good service the operator was really great very passionate about his work. Was one the best service I ever got

There is a white flatbed tow truck in who is all over the road. He is either drunk or using his phone while driving. Almost hit 3 cars in a 2 minute span. Reckless.

My call was through CAA. CAA estimated I would have to wait 2 hours, I got a call less then 10min he showed up quick. Was very polite. I had a day from hell and by the time I reached my house he had a smile on my face, made my day. Excellent service!!

This man is outrageous he cost my wife her job, flagging down unsuspecting people in the middle of the Highwat then having access to OPP this man is asshole he is going to screw the wrong person.this is totally Illegal police and civilians are not permitted to work like this this man has to be stopped

Nonexistent customer service. I got cussed at for parking my truck in the wrong place. Will never return.

Do Not Call Penn Automotive for anything! They take advantage of people when vulnerable. They are being called by police when other more reputable companies are closer to the accident scenes. They have had lawsuits against them by Insurance Companies. They are getting away with charging Insurance rates to private consumers. Stop this local corruption once and for all! Our son was charged $830.55 for a tow call that was made by the police when his stolen car was found. He was never once asked if he had CAA, nor was he given the choice of tow companies. Our calls were ignored by OPP and by Penn Automotive when we were very clear that they were not to tow our sons car. You should be embarassed and not be able to sleep at night.

My husband and I have had a number of issues with our vehicles dealt with at Williamson's. They are very nice people. They are very accomodating when possible. Their prices are fair, no gouging. They fix only what needs fixing. If a used part is more practical (older cars), they will suggest, and source that. Quality workmanship.

Haven't had any problems with them. Always shows up in a timely manner Nd knowledgeable.
