This towing service was awesome. The driver was extremely helpful and very quick in his response time and getting to the scene of my car quickly. They gave me a great deal on my tow price I highly recommend their service and will most definitely be using them in future preferences .

It was 3:30 am my girl tire rod broke an we need a tow. Call page towing an he was ready an avalible no wait.

The guy that answered the phone around 3:15 was very nasty to me when I called to let them know I had gotten stuck on 94 but was under 5 minutes away he could have said what he had to say a lot better than what he did ... It made me cry because I payed a cab to get tbere and dont stay anywhere in the area onstead of saying yeah I'll stay over they should have just told me to come tomorrow how was I to know 94 had construction going on lousy bastards now I have to pay another ride tomorrow plus $15 more all because 94 has construction going on... I didnt know that but im sure they did

This company is soon to not have city contract due to misinformation of operating hours reported to BBB. If you advertise to close at 1pm on Saturday, you can’t close at 1230 and charge for extra storage fees due to choice to be unavailable. There’s also an out to lunch sign on the entrance.gate that says they’ll return at 130pm. Unprofessional and Reported!!!

Had a big accident in East Windsor a few weeks back. Called Coxons and they sent a driver named Ken. Super nice, very professional and extra accommodating. They’ll always be my first call.

This place is so shady and such a scam! I payed $470 CASH, and had to wait forever to get my car. The extra charges for proof of insurance and registration are crazy. I'm sure not too may people carry that information with them. After waiting forever, someone in a Lexus picked me up and took me to my car. It's a big old overgrown junkyard with rusty cars. It looks like something from a scary movie. With all of the money they're taking from people, you'd think they could do better. I wouldn't want to leave my car there overnight. It would be infested with rats! The only reason I rated this place with one star is because it wouldn't post my review if I didn't. There needs to be a thorough investigation into this shady place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried to go with them through AAA. Tire blew out near downtown Detroit’s 2amish on a Saturday night. In a crappy part of town. The tow operator blew off our call, said on App that they arrived, I called AAA service. After 30 min on the phone AAA supposedly sent someone else out. AAA even stated that the tow truck had called us, hogwash! No missed calls on my cellphone. Still waiting. We are now running out of gas and patience. Try to tell AAA to use someone else if you have any choice at all. This tow truck company isn’t a reputable operator. I would give them less than a star if I could.

Chontell towed my "BABY" 2003 Cobra (10500 mile car) a few times during the build/tune process. He handled her with care and was priced very affordably. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Nice people worth going to their junk yard on creekford road just off of the 401 on Gardiners Road to scavenge for parts on old cars not the largest selection but nice people and they allow you to go in there on your own

While my car was in service with your mechanic, JAMIE, last winter. He noticed the rear coil springs of my car were broken. With all the money he took from me, did he fix that???? I heard noises at the rear so I took that to another shop to have that looked at. The mechanic at that shop checked that out and told me that coil springs are broken with affect the shock and that is causing the clunking sound, and now both the coil springs and shock need to be replaced $$$$$ for SAFETY reason (top priority!!!!). If I ignored that noise and keep driving the car, the fragments from the broken coil springs could have punctured the gas tank one day, and that could take my life!!!!! I paid you money with the end results of losing my life!!!!! Is that what it supposed to be?????????? How devil is that? Unbelievable!!!!! This is beyond words!!!!!! For sure, for the money that you grabbed from me, and I trusted you at the beginning, Karma for sure will descend onto you one day!!!!!!!!
